Are people saying he’s sacked going off the tweet from Joshua Smith journalist or someone else?

My text would have just been my mate reading his tweet, I’d not seen it and came straight on here but I retract it now I don’t trust a word that journalist says he’s absolutely no idea.

I can’t believe anyone can be surprised by this. He has constantly treated staff, players, and back office staff disgracefully. Yes we are top of the league but let’s give credit to the Community Trust as well….. massive investment. The “noise” and facts from very experienced members of the club have been for months “it’s all about Rowe”…….don’t mind aggression at pitch side when it is managed but too many times he throws out the dummy!!

I don’t think anyone has! We’ve just been sitting on the crest of a wave, enjoying the ride with our beautiful rose tinted glasses on….purposely ignoring that background noise.

But that would be Wednesday wouldn't it, surely they should have started the investigation then.

If it wasn’t via the match officials the complaint could be received at any point. We don’t know whether this is the centre of the complaint or the final straw. If fact we don’t know who it was directed at. In fact we are all guessing

If Rowe has “constantly treated staff, players and back office staff disgracefully” I can’t give any credit to the Community Trust. Far from it. They should have managed him better and made their expectations clear. Who does he report to?

Well if he is sacked, we should be looking no further than Daryll McMahon or Pete Wild, they both look like the boring, tow the line kind managers

Or Gregor Robertson lol

Got a feeling this won't be popular, but I really rate the BW manager - he's talented and don't think he'd play exactly the same style with greater resources at his disposal.

Sorry, how do you know how the Trust has handled this, they may have sent him to anger management courses, issued him written warnings or whatever. You should probably wait for some actual details to emerge.

Fair point and I agree…..was trying to deflect my perceived criticism of my post about we are top of the league…

No chance and I’m not sure he is quite as short of resources as made out

Of the obvious ones, Halifax manager for me, he keeps rebuilding year after year after losing his best players and plays a good style of football

That’s what it says, no timeframe

James Rowe future aside, can it be worse timing in the final week of the transfer window

Don't see that the timing relating to it being in the final week of the transfer window makes a great deal of difference as we can bring players in after January and as far as players going out are concerned that will only happen if any fees being offered are acceptable to the Trust.

It's difficult to comment and wrong to speculate on what JR is suspected of doing as we don't know what it might be.

By all accounts he is extremely difficult to manage. What James wants….

Not saying the timing is planned  just that it is bad

As for the speculation, of course it is wrong but it is very natural

Wow. Interesting about all the theories. Bottom line is that clip from Maidenhead is not good at all regardless of who it is directed at. If there have been other occasions of ‘bullying’ in the workplace then I’m hoping that they have been dealt with properly and accurately.

An interesting week for investigations.

Never has been mate. I’m envious of clubs like Rochdale and Walsall that just seem to have plodding boring seasons in League 2 every year without ever threatening promotion or relegation.

What’s happened to us past 6 seasons would look too fantasy if it were dramatised in a Netflix saga.

Hang on, Rochdale had a few issues to deal with regarding Keith Hill.
