How do people think we will set up? I can see a couple players dropping out the starting line up tonight - thinking Weston and Asante. Weston because he has had some demanding games recently and Akwasi because he is still being nursed back into things.
I’d go:
Loach
King Williams Grimes Croll Whittle
Oyeleke Kellerman
Khan Mandeville
Tshimanga
Asante off the bench on 60 mins.

Unless he's wanting to take things steady with Asante i can see him starting with the pair of them up front again.

Professionalism & just get the job down, back to the top of the table.....even if it's a scrappy 1-0 win

Can see us making a couple of changes - Whittle for Miller and maybe Khan for Asante
Our record isn't great tonight but we need the points tonight. Back on top and a big crowd on Saturday hopefully

Yep. Very difficult tonight.
Sloping pitch, giant centre forrad, aerial bombardment as tactics, bogey team.
Push up, no silly freekicks, total professionalism, be ruthless.
COYB!!

I think Rowe would hope to have the game won and then take Asante off then have to bring him on chasing the game later on.

FYI the National Highways site says closure will be at J23 to J23a.
It will be what it is I guess. Very frustrating whatever but much more bearable if we have 3 points in the car.

Looked at M40/M42 home to avoid it I think.

I would agree with the team selection but swap Asante for Tshimanga and bring him on at 60 minutes to play either along side Asante if he is not flagging.

The Spireites Police twitter feed mentioned the J23 to J23a closure yesterday as well :-
Spireites Police @SpireitesPolice · 2h
Be mindful M1 between junction 23 & 23a will be closed on the return Journey (update via highways)
Checking National Highways site looks like J21a Northbound slip road closed which may be what the club have confused it with :-
M1 northbound and southbound Jct 21 to Jct 22 Slip road and lane closures due to maintenance works
Looks like the diversion takes you off at J23 to head west to get on the A42 at Ashby de la Zouche. Might be quicker to come off a junction earlier at J22 and take the A511 to get on the A42 at the same place but you wont have to queue at J23 with everyone else and the road from J22 looks more of a main road than the one from J23.

Probably not a bad option to be honest, Google Maps currently has not a lot of difference between going that way or going M40\A43 past Silverstone to get on the M1 at J15A so add in the messing about with the diversion and your way is probably the way to go.

It was the same for the return journey from the Chelsea game. Junc 21 Leicester Fosse Pk closed . Its frustrating when you are tramming it home from an away game. Hope everyone makes it home safe.

Agree with that side. If possible we need to copy Chelsea tactics and kill the game off in the first 15or 20. Easier said than done I know.
