Folk have clearly been instructed to shop one person per household. It's on adverts and signs outside. However a couple in front of me decided that simply didn't apply to them. Infact not only were they obviously together - despite lame-assed attempts to pretend otherwise - they were both pushing large trolleys.
So the lad on the door - from Wakefield, as it turned out - said one could enter whilst the other go to the back of the queue. At which point the woman became abusive. Profanely abusive. Even though this lad was simply applying rules displayed in black and white to all. A lad so professional he apologised to everyone for the woman's swearing which she continued whilst walking across the car park.
Didn't see what happened to another couple behind me who'd played the old 'You go for a trolley whilst I get a place in the queue' ploy...
