For sorting out my tickets this morning. It’s ok encouraging people to purchase on line but the payment system needs to work. Anyway very efficiently dealt with by Lesley.

Many Thanks

Walton

Perhaps you should contact Lesley and tell her that rather than post it on here.

The online system is a bit of a farce. I tried buying 3 tickets for my dad and grandad for today and it wouldn’t let me because they didn’t have accounts. Absolute ball ache trying to jump through hoops to get a ticket.

Ended up emailing the club who responded the next day asking me to give them a ring. Girl on the phone was great and sorted them out for me but it shouldn’t be that difficult. If I want 3 tickets to the cricket, a gig or anything else I don’t need to mess about as much as CFC make you. Club should be doing as much as they can to make it easy to buy online, whatever they’ve changed and for whatever reason just makes it 10x harder meaning if I ever want more than 1 ticket I’m going to have to email or ring rather than do a 30 second transaction online

Why does that stop you going? You can still go without him.

I don't make a habit of leaving 9 year olds home alone for hours. Maybe you know best though.

Guessing 9 year olds aren’t known for their consistency.

He used to like Fortnite now it's all about Apex. While I think about it he also asked me to buy him Cocoa Pops (actually two boxes as on offer at Morrisons) and then the next day told me he didn't like them.

Does the club shop always close after the game? Random question but they lost a bit of business yesterday. Seems strange with 4 and half thousand in the ground we don’t have the shop open after the game. Dad wanted a shirt and questioned why it wasn’t open.

I bought a single ticket online, turned up expecting to be able to collect it (I don’t have a printer) and the ticket queue was massive. Asked a steward if I had to queue to collect as I’d purchased online already and she told me I should have printed it off. Great service. To be fair, two more switched-on stewards took it upon themselves a few minutes later to go down the line and direct people to the third ticket window if they’d purchased already, but many weren’t happy at having wasted time queueing and rightly pointed out that a simple sign above that third ticket window would have sorted the problem. Poor organisation as usual. I realise that nowadays the club tries to run on volunteers to save pennies and am not blaming those individuals- as for everything else I blame those running the club for turning the whole ‘enterprise’ into such a shiteshow.
These go to eleven.

It’s a general ****show by the sounds of. Very sad to see us in such a mess and the ones that are left at the club running around with no help at all

What’s the deal with the new dugouts? Few very unhappy fans about this on social media too. Didn’t notice them myself but certainly riled a few of the West standers

The shop has never been open after a match.
