Interesting comments from Sheridan today as seeing Mandeville as a Danny Whittaker type player. More strikers to come then?
"I see him as someone getting goals from midfield, in the Danny Whitaker mould. I've got a massive belief that I can make him better and I think he'll be a massive player for us. He's a good age as well at 22."

According to the article Shez seems keen to play him in the number 10 role. Which makes me wonder what his plans are for Rowley and Carter ?

Rowley is never a winger,he hasn't the pace.He runs like his feet are in treacle.However,Joe is good on the ball and picks a pass.

Yeah thats true, we'll see who else comes in, also the way most people talk Joe will be bought sooner rather than later.
