Some very sweary songs, the best perhaps 'Bono is f****** c***' by some angry young Welshman.

Under the castle at Carr vale football ground. An absolute swine to find. Lots of old school punk bands on which got s bit tiresome after a while. The Swedish band were zooparty & the welsh band were pizzatramp. Town was represented by worm & septic psychos.
It’s day 2 today but the lineup is more varied so your evening won’t be interrupted by swearing.

That song deserves to be heard by a wider audience just for the title!

My evening wasn't interrupted as such given we went to watch. Back in town now so no day 2 for us.
The singer from Zoo Party was a nice chap. He wasn't happy that the guy kept getting their name and nationality wrong though.

Blue carpet band were best band on partly because they were decent but also I think because they were different to all the others.

Exactly. They were the only variation from some pretty basic three chord punk. The front man was a very decent showman and a good singer. I liked the Septics lead singer too.
Was the compere known on the punk scene? I liked his hat and facial hair.

Septics frontman is chiz, occasional attendee at town matches.
Think the compère is just a boza ‘character’.

Saw them with the Wildhearts and Terrorvision at the Hammersmith Apollo last year. His voice is good but the set was pretty gospel dirgy, apart from Naked and It's your letters.
