Really quite difficult to understand how many clubs fail to learn by others mistakes.

Biggs is hopeless and forever tainted with the way he sucked up to LS.

It will end badly. It just depends when and how.

Biggs was more talking up the prospect of a new club in Wakefield than he was talking up Turner...

Interesting this. Hearing of the formation of a new football club in Wakefield. Rugby League territory but a big catchment, 100k population. Plans for £10m development at Wakefield Trinity stadium. Gather ex #SWFC manager Chris Turner a key player.

The alarm bells should ring if they ask about the projects he's left behind!

When you see who is behind it, Chris Turner's involvement will be self-explanatory.

Former non-league footballer, Liam Sutcliffe?

Sir Rodney Walker of FBT fame lives near Wakefield doesn't he?

If you can't get existing clubs on board then why not create your own?

And which prominent figure has been at the centre of a new ground for Wakefield Trinity?

Will the new Wakefield club have an academy and how much will it cost young players to attend it?

I also see they plan to use Pontefract Collieries' ground, recent subject of a Twitter spat after Loughborough FC left the ground straight after the match due to absence of showers.

The Wakefield thing will inevitably be a progression path for students at the FBT Academy (prop. L Sutcliffe esq.)

The ground will have the most unbelievable shower from the start of next season.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

curiously, CT's post-playing career, as described in the article, stops in 2010.

Some of the replies to the original tweet are very good.

As for Alan Biggs, he calls himself a Chesterfield supporter, yet in reality he is nothing more than an bottom-wipe who supports the establishment and what they stand for, not the club.

Indeed. He signalled where his loyalties lie a long time ago.
