Don't forget all you shareholders it's tonight at 7pm.

Remember no standing or encroaching within 6 feet of the top table or it'll be a banning order.

Not sure if this has been noted before, but a few items in the Detailed Accounts leaped off the page in terms of increased costs over the previous year:

1. Training Facilities costs, up 94% (2017:£23,433, 2018:£45,394)
2. Light & Heating Costs, up 28% (2017:£98,070, 2018:£125,960) if my lighting and heating costs went up by over 28%, I'd want to know why.
3. Sundry Establishment Expenses, up 24% (2017 £97,446, 2018:£121,055) What are these?
4. Commercial Dept Expenses, up 44% (2017:£90,379, 2018:£130,623)
5. Matchday Expenses, up 12% (2017:308,172, 2018:£343,729)

The question is, why?

This amounts to a total of £149,261, or put it another way, 15% of the £1m loan that DA put in to cover the losses for this year!

Also, on 21st June 2018 (before 30the June, accounts cut off date), there was the Lionel Richie concert and yet the amount from 'commercial income' is £138k down on 2017. Question is therefore is the revenue from the concert included or not?

We've got about half a dozen managers on more than that.

What a load of rubbish. This club, ran properly can sustain a much larger budget than £400k even in the NL.

I’ve not really got this shareholder lark yet, after a long day at work sorting other people’s crap out I just couldn’t be bothered to go to the AGM, apologies everyone.

Just had a read through, very good. Nice to see the £6 million price tag for a debt free club, at least I know how much I need on the euromillions now.

If it was a fan who won it, the price would be £12M

Thought the fact that the land would revert back to the developers if football dissappered from the Proact was intersting.

That obviously complicates DA’s choices
