That’s actually very good....I wonder if our twitter users could copy that vid and attach it to the next of the slimes ones self gratification exercises from his day jobs output?
A new hope.

His ‘expertise’ seems to be in all matters football disciplinary related. Is that the only thing our owner thinks needs beefing up? The most pressing of all our problems?

I suppose that all depends on whether we are now in good standing with the FA. It's a simple question that should be the first one put to him.

Actually according to his own linkedin profile he's only worked within one football club, Newport County for a very short period and done some consultancy work for Leeds. His expertise is in regulatory matters, this is not to say he won't be successful as a CEO if he's allowed to manage, but this appears to be a cosmetic appointment

AC was in touch last night just before he got on his flight. He's confirmed he'll still be running the club with DA until it's sold where he hopes a fan/fans will emerge as buyers

Of course he is. Graham Bean's appointment is merely a bum on a seat and Ashley's comments highlight why the club has never had a proper CEO.

What does Graham Bean know about sales, marketing, finance, conference and banqueting, health and safety, retail, etc?

A big square peg in a big round role, but as supporters of the club we know to expect nothing less.

Shouldn't that read "he's confirmed he'll still be running the club into the ground with DA"?

Can he justify why he appointed Mr Bean and added another wage to the bill as my understanding is a CEO is there to run a business or are there more FA hearings coming up and therefore cheaper to put Mr Bean on the payroll?

Mr Bean was DA's appointment, not heard about any further hearings

It can only be to facilitate a sale that can be legitimised by somebody on the payroll who can run rings round FA regulations.

I find it quite interesting that DA has now made 2 appointments (MA and GB) effectively bypassing the person he put in charge to make those kinds of decisions. I wonder if he still only deals with Carson exclusively or if Dave now speaks to others within the club??

My view, is it's simply a move by DA to appease the fans, naively thinking because of the work he did in the Darren Brown case he'd go down well, in the belief we'd think he won't tolerate anything underhand

A Dim View, but a perceptive one, alas.

I'm not sure DA would be that aware of our history. Appointing Jim Brown and various CFSS founders would have been the best move in that scenario, but they would be too honest and revealing.
These go to eleven.

Who told you he's been bypassed? It wasn't Ashley was it?

Ashley's son knew that MA was going to be manager before he left Barnet. That doesn't sound like bypassing Ashley to me.

Bean would have told him if not, he was employed recently to represent us before the FA over the Rowley contract issue

Back in 2015 Charlie Sale reported (https://www.dailymai...impression=true)

Graham Bean, the former FA compliance officer who was brought in for a period by Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino to stabilise the troubled club, is himself facing a £100,000 pension fraud charge in Manchester on January 19.

Bean will vigorously defend the charge, brought by HMRC. He will claim to have been victim of a pension scam by a professional advisor who has fled the country after being struck off by the Financial Services Authority.

I've discovered that the charges were dropped in this case

That is depressing news, looks like more protests then, no chance of a sale unless both come out of cloud cuckoo land in terms of sale price, he should cut his losses now and sell cheap

listening to martin allen 's latest interview I got the impression that MA felt our demonstration wasn't really needed as the club had acted in making a change, a change we had wanted. i'd suggest to martin that this is not the change we are looking for at boardroom level, think mad dog would have been better saying, no comment lets talk football.

You don't think pressure from above was involved.
