saunders and Caldwell were both arrogant, made no connection with us at all, now whilst mad dog has struggled to get the results you have to admit that he respects the club top to bottom and is trying, given long enough who knows he may yet get this club moving again, something saunders and Caldwell could never do

At least one thistle fan knew what was coming and decided that the best course of action was to leave the ground before kick off............

Alloa Athletic was the easiest start Caldwell could have had. His team had 21 efforts at goal, yet still managed to lose 1-0.

If he can't make this work there's no hope for him.

Partick are really a Scottish Premiership club with a squad that should be challenging for promotion, not sliding towards relegation. This is swimming one width of the pool holding on to a float.

Partick haven't been a stable top flight club since about the early 80s, and apparently Alan Archibald left a squad of gash players, so add Caldwell into the mix and relegation becomes a very real possibility.

Really? It seems to me they have either been in financial trouble, or league status trouble since the very early 80s.

On paper they “should” be a side that can maintain a Scottish premier league position, the ground holds over ten thousand, they have a decentish catchment area, but then so do Dundee and Ayr, and a heck of a lot of clubs north of the border have circa 10 capacities simply to accommodate games with the two ugly sisters.

I reckon you get your Scottish league info from the same source as your non league goal scorers info.

Stats most certainly do not tell the whole story AHSI
A new hope.

The form certainly has.

A turd of a manager, supported by a turd of a recruitment director, both employed by a turd who’s a turds eyes and ears.

Have you ever tried squeezing that many turds down the same u bend - it really doesn’t end well.
A new hope.

P2 L2 scored 0?

They can't say they weren't warned.

More fool them for being taken in by his interview preparation/bulls5it.

3 wins in his last 31 games. That’s a phenomenal record by any standard. Ashley must be buzzing. I’m gonna get a price on them being relegated, it musthave some value.

"What worries me is that he seems to come from the same modern day coaching school as our previous manager ie football by numbers/ transition/ possession etc. IMO totally wrong for the position and league that we are in."

"If he's still talking about finding the reason why we aren't winning then it suggests he didn't watch much of us before being appointed and that he hasn't got targets in mind for the window."

Sounds eerily familiar.

I hear their mentality is similar to L1/L2 English players, doesn't bode well
