Wasn't this in the states?

Carson shooting his mouth saying he would be a 'Chesterfield Legend'. Maybe CPS can confirm date from his PM's?

Not to forget the farce with tickets to home games at the start of this season - August 2018.

Several weeks ago I asked Nick J to ask Steve Coe if he would meet me at our local (in Tibby) so that I could write a factual, no blame, piece for the message board about this and the season ticket shambles.

Nick said he saw no reason why not and said he would email Coe.

I also asked Ashley C if he had any objections to the meeting happening. He said it was ok.

I've had no response from Coe, so I draw my own conclusions.

Surely anyone with an ounce of credibility would agree and hold their hands up and say, "Look, mistakes have happened with regards to tickets, I got it wrong, I am sorry." But then again we are talking about the 'regime' trying to run a football club.

I thought you had already met with Steve Coe and Carson?

Wasn't this in the states?

It appears so;

It involved Gordon Hill ex-MUFC, thought I saw it in the match day programme or the website, then some kind of visit by Hill and others promoting the tie in??

Mentioned in the 'Do we really want to be associated with this questionable enterprise thread' from the shenanigans across the road involving the ex pro footballer !

Just for the record on Saturday at the fans forum Chris Turner was once again asked about this situation and stated clearly that it was a stand alone facility and CFC had no financial responsibity to it.

To clarify this is not my own opinon and I have no information to either confirm or contradict that statement.

Regards Nigel.

Sutcliffe is quoted in the Express, “As a not-for-profit organisation, we do not carry cash reserves, so we asked for patience from any parents who requested refunds".

The minutes from the Fans' Forum on 25/04/15 read as follows, When asked about the development centre, CT said that it is running at great profit, which will “reduce the costs of the academy”. He added that a deal has been set up with Gordon Hill, offering scholarships in the USA. A major sponsorship deal with the development centre will be announced soon.

The accounts will make for an interesting read. Due at Companies House no later than 31/03/16!

Found a link here;

the link to Hills official website (in the archive section in 2015 it mentions linking in with CFC) http://gordonhill11.com/2015/08/

Dates are unclear but I think that Bob's Board researchers met a whistleblower in March 2016 about DS outrages. The same researchers met Carson at the Barley Mow in June(ish) 2017 to question him about the allegations and Carson brought Coe with him, which I thought was quite rude.

I've just thought of another...

At last year's AGM, Freelander (bless him) raised the point that back in 2013 the CFC Finance Director and an employee of Shorts had raised concerns that the CFCFDS accounts showed payments to CFC players but made no mention of PAYE or NI provisions. Some time later Shorts lost the Accounting gig at CFCFDS but retained the Auditing gig.

This is turning into a script for a movie

Dave Allen played by Danny De Vito

Ashley Carson played by any slime ball actor although David Dickenson has the same tan
Chris Turner played by Jason Alexander

That's a very interesting debating point. Did he sign the papers before or after his successful appeal?

I believe he signed after he. Had his conviction quashed on unsafe grounds pending a re trial.
A new hope.

A bit to catch up on I see.

Good point about the kit topic 2. How do you know about the kit being ordered prior to the vote?

There might also be a link to the Liquidator's final report.

Sadly it's very difficult to pinpoint a date, but the point at which Allen stopped affording our club President the usual courtesies of use of the Boardroom on match days and at our prestigious events including Wembley should also be included.

The date that a privacy screen was stuck to the Boardroom window?

Again, summat that's very difficult to pinpoint, but a list with dates of everybody who has received severance and/or signed a confidentiality agreement?

Who has a copy of the report. Does a PDF exist?

This set me thinking about the time that Carson came on here to complain about unexpected invoices that had appeared out of the closet, but I can't remember details.

Was this relating to agents' fees following Chris Turner's redundancy?

I'm not totally certain but I think someone with an ear to the ground thought the black one had been pre ordered prior to the vote.....echoes of raffle gate? Similar was posted on here I think at the time.
Edit, don't forget the balls up regarding initially giving priority to people who attended a certain away game, can't remember which, acces to Mansfield away tickets before season ticket holders.

Can you get me a date for the Barley Mow meeting and private message me with those who attended please?

Interesting to note that people were allegedly asking questions well before the brown stuff hit the fan. Do you know why the services of the whistleblowers were no longer required?

From memory Ched had joined the club prior to his appeal hearing. I am pretty sure he missed a couple of months of the season as a result.

From what I remember he started the season, even scoring away v Oxford on debut, and then was absent while his retrial took place. After being acquitted he hardly featured at all due to injury.

I was told at the match on saturday that the voting is a sham and they have already ordered the black kit. Not being a cynic I didn't believe it, but I'm not so sure now having seen the designs. I think the voting should be scrutinised by the Electoral Reform Society to ensure that everything is above board - after all we don't want to see the club's good name dragged through the mud again after the nepotism scandal re the club's IT contracts.

Back to topic, the green one is my choice, looks very good and distinctive; would sell hundreds. Don't like the other two and certainly wouldn't buy either
