So would it be reasonable to assume that no proper interviews were done (again) and MA's appointment was possibly sorted via a quick chat and a jar after the Barnet game?

So a bet on a new manager before Lester got the push?

If we didn’t have such an above board and honest club you could easily be forgiven for thinking there was a bit of insider knowledge?

yep, quoted on here at the time

he also used the term 'they've never had it so good' IIRC

I assume that is why I am already blocked from following him on twitter.

Wouldnt that be classed as "tapping up?"

Jesus Christ... I wanted to start a compendium of all the ridiculous things that have happened in the last few years just so I had it all in one place to refer to but honestly it would take too long, it's literally daily at this point
I just don't know what I'm supposed to be

Someone on the facebook page has just pointed out that Jordan had (or maybe still is) employed as a coach with one of the youth sides.

Oh dear oh dear

He is the OG member of the 'never had it so good brigade also' ina twitter exchange with his dimwit dad. Got me blocked constantly reminding him of that.

Seems being thick runs in the family.

He also has tried and failed to get himself in with a lass I know. If i were to post the screenshots off Tinder he'd probably be scurrying even further back under his rock..

I'd love to see that lol the ultimate embarrassment!

Tbf you could offer some highlights using pseudonyms...if you wanted to, like. 😂

Possibly why cARSEon kept in the background when the MA media unveiling took place?

let's be clear that, unlike lot's of unscrupulous football Directors who must find this kind of jape ridiculously tempting and easy, Ashley Carson has never made a penny from being Secretary of CFC. He's said so himself.

The FA need to look at all individuals who made the bet on the 6th or thereabouts if that kind of data is available. Our version of the Paradise Papers.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I'd like to know who reported him to the FA, so I could buy him/her a pint!

Just ask yourselves this, how many people at the club THEN, took the 33-1 on offer on Cookie Joining Portsmouth ? Those odds weren't on offer long .

Recently? Perhaps that rules out the ironic possibility that someone took a screen shot and dobbed him in it.

Their is only 2 or 3 bookies who offer markets on manageriral appointment (one of which in the EFL Sponsor Skybet) so tracing every bet placed on this market shouldn't be too tough.

With previous high profile cases like Barton etc its been confirmed that bets and accounts are monitored so it could be that Skybet informed the FA.

I do hope he shared the info around his mates, too.

On the 'Next Manager Odds' thread

Jack bauer commented on the 6th may that Allen has jump in to 14/1 from nowhere and by 8th May he was in to 2nd or 3rd favourite.

Looks like he couldn't keep it to himself!

I wonder if the FA request previous betting info for him too, matches? Lesters Appointment?

Who needs Corrie when you've got CFC. The last few years would make a cracking book. Whats Stuart Basson upto these days?

It could not he made into a film because the script would not be believable to anyone who DID NOT HAVE INSIDE KNOWLEDGE

trouble is if we call for carsons head or "ball him out" we run the risk that Dave gets mardy again for another 3 years, after all it is of course our fault that dave allen sacked saunders. MA wants to build bridges between the fans and the board, hmmmm having listened to Dave's interviews over last few days i think all the movement would have to come from the fans as dave won't move, he thinks carsons good at his job, hands up who agrees with dave?
