One advantage of Martin Allen, would be he might convince Akindi to sign for us, him and Ugwu could tear that division a new hole between them

I didn't know they had left, but a Sky report says
"But the club said "irreconcilable differences" in personal terms, while the parties were attempting to agree new contracts, led to the decision to part company."
If the 'Class of 92' can't pay them what they want, I doubt Uncle Dave will. They would certainly shake the place up, which is probably not what he wants either.

Are they any good?

Their budget was reportedly £1.6m in Conference North. I'd win that league with that budget.

Well, we signed El-Fitouri off the back of that documentary, which is probably the limit of our post-Mitchell scouting network.
PS Just looked up El-Fitouri's current whereabouts and "El Fitouri returned to Europe after signing for Romanian club Politehnica Iași on 30 January 2018. However injuries prevented him from playing and subsequently had his contract terminated on 28 March, only two months after joining, with Iași wishing him the best of luck".
These go to eleven.

Anyone up for some mischief making.
If as many of us as possible request a bet with the bookies for Arsene Wenger there is a good chance he will appear in the odds and therefore attract potential media attention

Just had a tenner on Ronnie Moore at 25 to 1.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Manager in by end of next week latest.
I still get the feeling Moore will be appointed.

Hmmm. 🤔
Just when Sheridan’s contract finishes at Fleetwood we look to appoint a manager?
Life goes on. Whatever happens.
