That's been the problem. They've given everything and it's not been good enough. As for a 'positive statement' from Allen I'd guess the only thing folk really wanna hear is 'CFC sold'.

Most players under contract should be invited to find another club but, also, be told that we are not giving them any financial recompense if they wish to terminate their contracts as they have already been overpaid for their services.

Some of these players will not want to play in the NL on reduced wages and, no doubt, have already alerted their agents.

The league table statistics suggest that all we need to do is strengthen the goalkeeping position, defence, midfield and attack and we should be alright next season.
