Yep. H Again running into threads and smearing his sh**e all over them is indeed tiring.

It'll bite him one day though..sooner or later someone will bump into him at a game or in a pub, and say right mate, you're not behind your keyboard now! Not at threat or intent or anything like that, it's just that these things bite you on the bum in real life. Like I've said along with many others on this thread , folk would be happy to meet him to discuss things over a pint, not only does he reject the offer but continues with his snide digs, and people like that will always get caught out sooner or later.
East stand second class citizen.

I'm always open to being educated, but so far nobody has told me where I was wrong.

Jog on sunshine!

From claiming SEB was a decent player (not even got a club at present),to saying we had to sell Doyle because his contract was up (he had a season and a bit left), then the classic 'Chris Turner is doing a great job, running rings around so called accountants (who actually were accountants), onto your most recent campaign against our 2 cb's (when everyone knows the problem was in the midfield) etc etc...

You're consistently wrong, which is fine, opinions are like ringpieces, everyone has one, problem with you is you have a dig, get it wrong, then disappear until you think people might forget. You never ever admit you were wrong. In fact you usually double down and try to ride your massive blunders by slagging others off. Why would anyone try to discuss anything with you when you failed to acknowledge being wrong before!?

Yeah, DA has thrown money at the club, but he's also made monumental errors, and now we're saddled with debt, and it's the club on the line, not Uncy Dave. So please don't play the 'I'm open to criticism' card. You aren't. I'm sure anyone who posts on here gets it wrong now and again (me included), but most are willing to admit it.

Try being nice. You might like it.

It is a real shame that supporters like Mick choose to defend the club's current position.

Given how quickly the club has gone from boom to bust it can only be down to one of two things (or a combination of both), gross incompetence and mismanagement or self-interest and corruption. Now if Mick wants to defend those who have put the club where it is, he will rightly be ridiculed for it.

I would worry if certain buyers from South East Asia followed Mr Dunford up from the Broadfield Stadium.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

I see his most recent tenure appears to be at Plymouth Albion. That's the Rugby club, where he lasted six weeks at which point the club undertook a 'restructuring exercise' (3 March 2017).

His interview, to be shown today I think, will be full of things that Ashley has impressed him with. I think it's 6 seconds long.

This will I hope be followed by more independent questions from other press and a fans' forum.

To be fair, I think he comes across quite well. Offering a monthly surgery for one to ones with fans over a coffee, seems to be a true sports fan, no miracle cures, there will be changes and hardly mentions Ashley!

WOW, someone from the club willing to meets fans regularly, now that's impressive.

Lets hope there's more of that sort of thing to come.

I think he deserves the benefit of any doubt, we've been asking for years for a proper qualified CEO, now we've belatedly got one let's see what he can do and if he'll be able and/or allowed to manage the club without undue interference from above.

Obviously a few on here know who this 'Mick' character is.

How about we arrange an ambush one Saturday on his favourite watering hole (is it Tup?). Mick and his mates one side of the table, 30+ members of bobs board on the other. Referee if necessary.

And I'm happy to arrange a quiet room with decent ale in one of "H"s old stomping grounds. Genuine offer. Any takers?

I thought Middlecroft Leisure centre had been bulldozed??

I'll referee if it helps bring the hijacking of threads to a close.
These go to eleven.

Yep, seems like a decent bloke. This begs the question as to why DA has changed his mind though. Has he really only just decided that CFC wasn't being run rate?

My understanding is this is AC's decision, with him making a case to DA that he needs some support in running the club.

Cashley needs someone competent to balance his own gross incompetence.

Or someone else to take the flack from the fans, Turner used to be helpful to him in this regard.
