Saying scunthorpe are a small tinpot club is a little underestimated. New stadium on the way, nearly promoted to the championship and im sure they had a couple of seasons in the championship back end of last season. Best of luck to lee novak a north east lad like myself. Was a player that came from the lower leagues (the northern league) and aint done so bad

They already had a new stadium, one of the first, and they have had success as you say but they have always had pitiful attendances in the circumstances. Not a big town but a wide catchment. Will another new stadium make that much difference? Like Fleetwood they are a club where money has been pumped in that is not proportionate to it's size, if that makes sense.

New stadium on the way?? I'd do a check on that bud, they haven't started anything yet, the whole project has stalled.
