Goalkeepers...
The greatest keeper to play for the Club was Banks but I discounted him based on his only playing 23 games.
I included at the Wall of Famers in Middleton, Powell and Lee. Hardy has a couple of seasons and was the Banks of his day. Stevenson had probably the best statistical record while Birch was the best of the inter-war years and holds a goal-scoring record.
Powell got the nod on appearances and but for the car crash that killed Hunt would have got a season more. Middleton was almost certainly the best keeper when you look at their time with the Club.
