IIRC correctly, didn't AC confirm he'd seen the transaction out of one of the bank accounts paying the deposit for the ill-fated trip to Paris??

I think you're right

To be fair, when Ashley was questioned about this allegation, he said words to the effect that he didn't believe Ritchie would be so daft as to involved in owt iffy, and that even if he did it would be a private matter, nowt to do with CFC. That presumably means that Ashley can easily confirm that CFC paid Ritchie's wages in full.

Bump
thinking on......

Ashley also said at the same meeting that it was possible that Sutcliffe had paid himself cash but had put 'payment to RH' in the ledger to disguise the fact.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Just when folk think this thread might finally fade away, just when apologists feel emboldened enough to re-appear, and just when the honest majority try to look forward to football...well, we know, don't we.

Anyway, here's yet another linky thing: http://www.thecfss.c...opic=60638&st=0

Hasn't all this been aired on here previously? May be wrong but thought the development was the FL looking into it.

I suppose Sutcliffe might have done that, but why use the initials of a living person who would be able to deny all knowledge? Better to put in something fictitious, like "Payment to JH."
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

There was a revelation on here last Saturday about a supplier to the Sheffield's Assay Office transferring funds to the development centre and less than a week later we are reading about out of contract payments being made to players employed by Chesterfield FC. I have to hand it to Ashley, he is a master in diverting attention away from his front door.

RH meant into his right hand, even though his left hand didn't know what he was doing!

Exactly!

Why else would he openly reveal the the DT that we were under investigation now, when he's been aware for 6/7 weeks?!

Not at all it's very informative.

Sorry its taken me so long to replay Mr Mercury.

I agree this topic is very informative if your into that kind of thing. However I havent the time or the inclination to be that bothered about whats going behind the scenes of the football club I support. I suppose in hindsight I could have just not bothered commenting at all but this is a forum designed for debate and airing different views isn't it?

Unfortunately for you , what happens behind the scenes affects what happens to the team you watch on a Saturday and let's be honest if these scandals continue and our money continues to disappear down a black hole you won't have a football club to support so maybe you should start to take an interest. Just a thought like.

Of course but air views rather than say you're bored. But you might have other things on you're plate right now so no worries about the delay.

So it's being categorically stated by Ashley Carson that at no point did RH receive any kind of payments from the CFCFDS?

Because I'm led to believe he told a major sponsor something different.

Who is the sponsor that you refer to and when did the conversation take place?

Then either debate and air your views properly or be dubbed some Carson crony trolling a hugely important thread.

Others have tried similar tactics before only to see their posts deleted by the Mod's.

What - y' thought we were as gullible as your fork-tongued mate obviously does...?

PS: adopting the username of someone who advocated killing homosexuals?

My friend; I'm not dodging your prompt, but as the person in question is a 'BB' contributor I think it's best if I leave it to him to decide when a how he reveals that particular conversation.
