Hopefully you can get Ashley to clear-up summat that's never been even remotely explained.

Those former CFCFDS employees who've so often been proven correct also claimed the accountant for that enterprise was at their wits end because they couldn't gain access to all the accounts.

However AC recently told us he'd had full access to those accounts despite being nothing to do with the business.

Could you pass this question onto him, please?

Thanks.

Would that be the same accountant who I believe received threats from LS ?

Do I assume the question is why wasn't access to all of the accounts provided to the companies original accountant ?

With the amendment 'when you enjoyed full access to those accounts' perhaps?

Ta.

There were a number of allegations from former staff suggesting intimidation.
Never underestimate the stupidity of people

Have you considered that Chris and Liam, due to circumstance, found themselves as little more than nominee directors in their own business?

There have been some high-profile cases involving nominee directors, I would hope that your allegations are not in any way similar.

Sutcliffe most certainly was in it up to his neck.
A person of absolutely no morals who had no issue taking everybody for every penny he could for personal gain.
A proven liar and confidence trickster who exploited every opportunity put in front of him.
Having said that I am not naïve enough to believe that the higher echelons of CFC were not fully aware of what was going on.

One fundamental conclusion that will be drawn by the Liquidator is that the accounts of CFC and CFCFDS have been intrinsically linked for the past 3 years. If it's not then it's a stitch up.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Fair enough.
But why would someone who claims to have loaned Sutcliffe circa £34k pay the liquidators fees ?
Surely that's just throwing your money away ?

AC tells me he doesn't know why the Accountant didn't have access to all of the bank accounts and he only had access to see the balance on the main account. It was only later he found out they had several accounts across two banks.

AC says apart from the loan he never put another penny into the development school and neither he or CFC paid any liquidators fees. He also says the club has never been contacted by the liquidator.

It seems this rumour arose from Sutcliffe taking a Development School training session at Gosforth, but he's not been seen since. Incidentally AC's son no longer works for FBT.

the mere fact that he is responding to questions implies to me that he's seen the draft report.

Who asked Sutcliffe to pay the wages of CFC players Ashley?

Folks should know that we were told by the Liquidator that the meeting had been placed in doubt because the person who had agreed to pay the fee had pulled out at the last minute. Was that you Ashley? The meeting went ahead because Sutcliffe got somebody else to pay.

IIRC correctly, didn't AC confirm he'd seen the transaction out of one of the bank accounts paying the deposit for the ill-fated trip to Paris??

Who asked Sutcliffe to pay the wages of CFC players Ashley?

Were cash payments being made to Ritchie Humphreys?

I believe Ashley Carson has already confirmed that to be correct.
