At the match right hassle getting in. It was easier last year ! Benfica officials on the door insiistiijg it was behind closed doors as their game

Football Fans are such an inconvenience.

I'm guessing the club never thought to tell Benfica that our supporters would be attending.

There should be some complimentary tickets on the gate under the name of James Higgins.

It's not like us to be party to any misunderstandings. I'm sure they expected you to just turn around as if travelling from England for a behind-closed-doors fixture was just something you do when you fancy it.

What's Portuguese for 'get out of my way before I put you on your backside'?

0-0 by the way after twenty odd minutes.

Typical CFC planning

After last years fiasco supporters were encouraged to turn up this season to watch the matches but it looks like the club has not bothered to check with the home club that supporters are able to watch

Not sure how genuine or reliable this will be, but I've found a website with links to apparent live streaming of the game. 6.30pm kick off

The bookies have Benfica B as the favourites

These go to eleven.

Or maybe the security staff are wrong!

Not everything that goes wrong is the clubs fault!

Lots of things are but we should at least give them a chance to explain before condemning them

You aren't willing to risk your entire financial well-being for the chance of watching Town play a pre-season friendly against a B team on a dodgy website? Are you a REAL fan?

It was the agent who helped set the game up who got us in, he assured me no problems for Saturday
