What can us as fans do to influence this matter apart from saying it behind a keyboard?
What makes you think that if he did go, DA would replace him with someone better, ??

I've received a reply
"I did send it yes. That is about as string a word as I would use.
God if you count up the probably thousands of abusive posts aimed at me, calling someone a T*** is a good result.!"
As a follow up I've asked how he knows his email was also hacked

It's not an apology is it?

A genuine question though isn't it.what can we Do?
Reminds me of last seasons protests, that turned into erm,no protests.
Ac being replaced by someone better, well I think a majority are prepared to take that risk.
I haven't got the answers but things like exposing him on peak fm etc is not going to do anything,it needs go higher.

So he has admitted he verbally abused a minor on social media, what is remarkable is no remorse, regret or apology in his reply. I won't put on here what I think of AC, if this was my son and I read his response to Moondogs question i would be down the ground this morning.

If it'd be prompted by the mere 'liking' or a mildly critical Tweet as reported I think I'd have had him up against a wall by the throat.

To be fair I didn't mention that the recepient was a minor and this may not have been apparent to him in any event.

Further Response
"Having not witnessed what happened on Twitter I can't comment on the Blocking of the recipient .
I have reported the issues to our Governing Body at the Assay Offices, The British Hallmarking Council as some of my customers have received shall we say "very dodgy" emails.
The data from The Assay Office is safe which is the main thing"
To explain the what happened on twitter comment.
I explained to Ashley his explanation was being called into question because all the hacker appeared to do was send an abusive message to one of his followers before blocking him. Which led to my question about the email hack.
I can confirm as receiving emails from Ashley's Assay Office account, I haven't recevied anything "dodgy" well not since the reported hack on Sunday

AC's further response to this is
"It looks like the emails have gone to my Assay Office contacts.
But don't open anything sent from me if attachments or links copied in".

His head must be spinning trying to make sure he doesn't trip up over what he's saying.

Wow. Great result Ashley. This man has absolutely no shame. If he expects us to believe he did send that Tweet but not the 'see you next Tuesday' one then he is even more arrogant than I ever thought possible.

This saga, more than any before, basically says 'we are Deedahs and we do what we want'. They really don't care and they will run the club in to the ground.
