Bringing the club and fans together again.

Malicious or not, couldn't you just have ignored it, some of us work in environments where we have malicious threats everyday and we just have to get on with it. It may not be right and it certainly wasn't clever but did it really have to go to the Police? On the other hand threats to Freelander appear to have gone under the clubs radar for even a comment.

Not 100% sure but I believe this is when his family were threatened. No comment (and none made by the club) was made until the police had dealt with it. Unfortunately it is a different situation to f2 as it was on social media so easily traceable. Until the police, if they have been involved with f2's situation gave dealt with it then I can't see there is anyway for the club to comment on it.

Surprised a rogue tweet to AC made it through as he's got to have blocked the majority of town fans on twitter

Just been informed of the content of the tweet, tbf I'm not surprised he took action on it, nothing to do with his family but not something most normal functioning adults would ever say about another human being.

The tweet was initially made on open view and was discussed on here and CFC fans group on facebook before the originator was quickly advised to remove it.

It wasn't a threat. It was the one which prompted AC to ask me for the person's address, if I knew him.

So then, I should be able to report Mr Carson to police if I am offended by any of his comments or his private message to me

Or should I be the bigger man and do nothing

I didn't say F2's position was the same or it could be dealt with the same but I would expect a statement from the club distancing themselves from any involvement and condemning such actions.
