Just goes to show how much fans opinions matter to greedy chairmen, compared to prize money.
Needs a TOTAL boycott next year.
Apparently it's not just the old d'kheads at the FA and League that are ruining football. It's chairmen of League clubs too.

Gobsmacked. Is this April 1st? Games played in almost empty stadiums due to massive fans' boycott and they vote to continue the trophy in its current hated format. Clearly the clubs have NOT listened to their fans. Arrogance or what? I suspect fans will be even more angry and the boycott will continue with doubled efforts.

Shame on those managers, like Robins, suddenly coming out in favour and doing the Premier league/EFL's bidding.

I saw Chelsea U21 v Oxford in an eerily empty Stamford Bridge last season. It was very odd. Ticked another ground off the list though and was only a fiver to get in.

i wouldnt say so , it was a comprtitive game , ive new barnet and forest green now to do , ive done all the scottish grounds , one at forfar athletic after 5 mins the floodlihhts failed im counting it was there and when nearest station is 30 quid each way in a taxi from dundee , its no brainer was in the ground albeit 5 mins before postponed , FORFAR CHAIRMAN HAD 30 QUID IN A ENVELOPE AS PROMISED AT TURNSTILE WAITING ,CAN U SEE DA DOING THAT ?

So many different rules depending on how much of an anorak you are. Some won't count Wembley as a tick until they have seen Spurs there next season for example, some won't conside their new ground 'new' as it's on the site of the old one etc. Some can't count forest green as a tick as they saw them in the conference and not the FL..

Me, if I've seen a game on the ground involving the first team/national team it's a tick

Yep mate I'm the same if I've seen a game there it counts. Actually counted Maine road for seeing Queen there in 1986 before I saw us there when they were in div3

Our vote had been made public a week or two before the decision. We voted keep it but with no u21 sides. I follow the B Team Boycott twitter page, they released it.

I'm unlikely to ever make it to all 92 anyway - I've stalled in the mid 50s - so for my purposes it can count.
