Hmmm, September, eh.

Well by September this thread had been running for eight months, a period that'd seen the likes of, say, Bingham exposed as some sort of undesirable to the point where CFC had supposedly severed all links to him. Then a brief backward glance also tells us September saw CFCFDS still very closely associated with the Club, a proposed PR stunt whereby those running it might show fans around the 'Village' reassuring them there was no hint of corruption, AC involved as part of that exercise then, most noticeable of all, an announcement it was being somehow embraced by 'FBT'.

I wonder if we'll be soon be seeing an attempt to deny some or all of this accompanied by yet more claims senior figures had been kept in the dark...

Looks fairly undeniable to me Chris,it's all been well documented on here! Whatever eventually comes out of the woodwork I'd hazard a guess that if we were top of the league, winning at the Proact with entertaining football, had money in the bank from our recent successes - and were owned by a Chesterfield born millionaire, none of this would matter!

I think we would find having money in the bank and not being embroiled in the shambolic mess across the road were not mutually exclusive.

Exactly! - That's what I was implying when I wrote about `having money in the bank from our recent successes'....

Liam, I told you what would happen:

Joe Rawson‏ @joerawson 52s52 seconds ago
More Carson "Turner and Sutcliffe used the football club. It's been a long process to separate the 2 companies."

This is the biggest f'ng laugh many of us will have in our lifetimes.

But I thought Carson had on many occasions made it absolutely clear CFC and the shambles across the road were never anything other than totally separate entities anyway ?

I'm sure you will agree with me, the football club used the development centre.

Well technically that makes H Again correct Turner did run rings around people, just not the posters of Bob's board who saw through him from minute one, it was mainly him and Carson.

The number of red flags raised about Turners behaviour and only just now has the penny dropped, it would be laughable if not so depressing.

In the creditors' meeting, I asked Liam Sutcliffe if he thought the senior management at the club had taken advantage of him, the liquidator interrupted and didn't allow him to answer.

Why on earth not? Do they think they're running a court of law?

Last night Carson said he is planning to merge ticket sales into the club shop. Is this what FBT did at Doncaster? Is he planning similar?

Maybe we should be more concerned about CFC being handed to unscrupulous agents seeking to field their players for personal gain.

Which is more or less what happened at Donny...isn't it?

After hearing Guy Branston talk at the speakeasy yesterday, I'd be absolutely amazed if agents fees didn't decrease by a lot this year

More efficient to have same staff run the shop and ticket office. We're not a big club that needs separate departments, especially with Maureen retiring.

More efficient, except on the few occasions when there is high demand for tickets, when nobody will ever get served for owt else and they'll leave muttering obscenities.

Even more efficient to hand over the franchise to FBT, the organisation that harbours Sutcliffe.

Sutcliffe? I thought he had cleared his desk and was no longer involved?

Oh no, he's apparently in a recruitment role for FBT, he still heads their promo video as well lol. You quite simply couldn't make it up!

He is like one of those alien baddies in films that can never be finished off.

One of many reasons I was incredulous that we employed Saunders.

I would still like to know what the relationship is between CFC and Full Contact.
These go to eleven.
