Like me, you witnessed at the fans' forum how quickly AC & CT turned on Sutcliffe when the tricky questions started being asked.

Given that LS & CT are now no longer part of the business, you can be forgiven for thinking that the problems at the DC stretch beyond them otherwise AC would have surely gone to town on both parties.

Is it because the 2 aforementioned Yorkshiremen are no longer at the club that the no longer see it as the clubs problem? The club doesn't own it or anything.

Brockwell,

When did Nathan Muskitta join the International Academy?

Moondog,

We know this lad joined in Sept 16. Can AC or his lad tell us how his arrival came about?

Hmmm, September, eh.

Well by September this thread had been running for eight months, a period that'd seen the likes of, say, Bingham exposed as some sort of undesirable to the point where CFC had supposedly severed all links to him. Then a brief backward glance also tells us September saw CFCFDS still very closely associated with the Club, a proposed PR stunt whereby those running it might show fans around the 'Village' reassuring them there was no hint of corruption, AC involved as part of that exercise then, most noticeable of all, an announcement it was being somehow embraced by 'FBT'.

I wonder if we'll be soon be seeing an attempt to deny some or all of this accompanied by yet more claims senior figures had been kept in the dark...

Should a director of one company be found guilty of wrong doing, would that affect the directorship of the second company.
God I hate this league.

Also the visit by the local MP Toby Perkins to the show across the road, another attempt by those involved to prove that all was in order.

Yes because in most instances of that occurring the aforementioned director is usually disqualified from being a director at another company. I think!

Did he make any comment regarding the collapse of the DC or keep quiet, I genuinely can't remember!

I was reading this article earlier for other research purposes, but it does touch upon the subject of companies filing dormant accounts:

Regarding the dormant period of 01/02/16 to 30/06/16, let's not forget what was said on Alan Biggs' show on 29/09/16:

A single, lame tweet in response when asked to comment about the new evidence; something along the lines of: I've been lied to on my own show, not impressed.

I think he is yet to apologise to those whose sterling work has uncovered the whole mess over a sustained period of time; you know, the same people he took a few cheap shots at, when in the studio.

But then, CFC is just a "hobby" to him...he'll do a favour to his mates and get the former non-league footballer on the show, try to pass off that all is rosy in the garden, and not bother researching the subject before going to air. Outstanding professional journalist. Probably another who doesn't make mistakes.

EDIT: perhaps his show could do a 'where are they now?' feature of his former guests?

And don't forget him smearing critical Town fans following a rare win last autumn.

Thinking on, the behaviour of Carson over this CCJ is nothing short of irrational. He was prepared to gamble to the end with the notion that somebody else would pay the bill even though CFC incurred the cost. That somebody else can only be FBT, with whom he must have thought he had a special relationship.

I would like to know who is underwriting the costs (circa £20K+, Barclays & Booth&Co) that Liam Sutcliffe is faced with.
