No loan players listed surely agents can be involved in these deals too ?

IIRC in one of his rants about where money was going, AC said (either on here or on FB) that he'd had to find the agents fee to sell Gboly to Forest and £25k rings a bell, might be wrong though.

Ollie Banks is the only other player we 'sold' while still under contract during the period, although, nothing listed for him under selling club IM.

So we've paid out £92K for:

Connor Dimaio - (Player Agent - David Reeves - Revo Sports Management)
Reece Mitchell - (Michael Appiason - Unique Sports Management)
Jon Nolan - (Mark Aspinall - Unique Sports Management)
Ariyibi - Mark Aspinall (Unique Sports Management) represented us

That can't be right, can it?

Isn't that what the director of football was supposed to do?

I've passed on the information to AC

Do you have the previous year FA figs too, trying to reconcile against club accounts for 30/6/16 showing Legal and Professional including agents fees £269,614

This looks to be a new reporting requirement which was only introduced on 01/04/15.

The single transaction report for 01/04/15 to 01/02/16 is here:

http://www.thefa.com...2016.ashx?la=en

I can't find a transaction value report for 01/04/15 to 01/10/15.

AC has confirmed he meant £200k spent since August 2015. I see the report covering that period lists 9 players, most being extended contracts awarded by Saunders. Strange not to see SEB listed

CFC have a perfect opportunity to show transparency and set the trend this summer.

Starting from today, any press release issued covering the signing of a player, the sale of a player, the termination of a player's contract or the extension of a player's contract, the club also details what agents' fees they are liable for.

As you know, we've given a lot of consideration to the subject of agents and their fees for other reasons and to me, there appears to be a grey area, mainly:

1) What is there preventing a club from making payments to an agent or a company disguised as some other consultancy work?

2) What is there preventing an individual or a company closely linked to a club from paying agents fees indirectly on a club's behalf?

3) What is there preventing a club from making payments to unauthorised agents / companies?

4) What is there preventing an agent (authorised or otherwise) or a company from having a football club employee on their payroll?

Moondog,

This link is interesting:

http://www.thefa.com...blish-2017.ashx

The guy we have been monitoring who operates in this field claimed to have been involved with a player signing for another club in our division, yet when you look at the official documents there is no mention of him being involved in the transfer. Again, very odd.

I wonder if clubs are still permitted to pay a player's signing on fee to an agent?

AC has told me he's very happy to report agents fees going forward but can't report wages or settlement fees

I'd expect very little, seems the FA take at face value what the clubs submit

Terrific idea of 'F2's' and a major step forward if CFC take a lead.
Never underestimate the stupidity of people

They seem to take what everyone submits at face value. That's how a railway fencing ganger with no previous experience or relevant qualifications, who is known to police in two different countries under two different names can become a licensed intermediary.
It's nice to be able to Trust again.

Yes it seems he just had to pay a £500 + VAT registration fee.

Interestingly his player Liam Graham also doesn't appear on the FA list of deals involving agents

If the question "whose back pocket as benefited" from these dealings? was asked, would there be an answer?
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.
