None of the dates match up, none of the comments or replies match up and even with emails to the liquidators they are not supplying reasonable answers to questions and comments regarding information that has been supplied to them from us.
This will NOT be swept under the carpet and I think now is the time that we introduce a legal team to follow it through with the authorities and governing bodies and I am prepared to throw my pennies into the pot and proceed.
Honesty & transparency??? Someone is having a laugh and people are protecting friends and associates, this is from the bottom to the very top!!!
Wages have been paid from a dormant company, funds must also have gone into a dormant company and assets have been moved from an insolvent company to another company without trace.

Im guessing that the group who met Carson have information they have not posted on here.
If they have enough to consult with legal representatives they have enough to take to the police.

I have been passed the contact details of a subcontractor who worked on site at the CFC Village most days during the 'dormant' period. I think you will know the Managing Director of that business.

It is my understanding that CFC Football Development School Ltd / CFC International Football Academy Ltd (FBT International Football Academy Ltd) hire / hired the classroom facilities in the East Stand. Please can you confirm if either company hired the facilities during the period 01/02/16 to 30/06/16?
Have you two had the Carson warning?
The liquidator reckons the company has no assets. Who owns the laptops used by the students on the education programme?

Ashley's boardroom colleagues, including the Chairman, have been aware of our allegations for many weeks. They have statutory duties as Directors and should have issued a denial of the veracity of the allegations within days. Ergo..........

Like me, you witnessed at the fans' forum how quickly AC & CT turned on Sutcliffe when the tricky questions started being asked.
Given that LS & CT are now no longer part of the business, you can be forgiven for thinking that the problems at the DC stretch beyond them otherwise AC would have surely gone to town on both parties.
