Les has turned into my new hero. Brutal honesty which is probably why AC is struggling with it all.

Whoever finally purchases the club will no doubt have to sign the biggest ever confidentiality clause ever written up to seal any deal.

The only remaining fans AC seems to have on that group now are these brainless women, no sexism intended, who continually thank him for whatever garbage he puts on there. They clearly have no understanding of anything football related.

I learned many years ago when I first started my business that the most important part of a business is it's Customers, End of. But to get the customers they have to have contact with someone they like / respect / relate to, So that person is the staff that you employ, It stands to reason that as you / your company get larger that you cannot possibly meet / greet everybody so that is down to your staff, They basically have to supply what your customer pays for, I am extremely proud to say that My staff were treated like extended family in fact many of them came to my home and I have visited theirs (Not to fetch to work).

If you respect and treat your staff with that respect they will work their hearts out for you, and I know that is a fact because through all my years in business my staff rescued me countless times.

Now whose responsibility that falls under at CFC I am no longer sure but my advice would be to sort it as soon as humanly possible whilst there is still something there to rescue.

The club has historically employed people not only qualified to do their job but also in most cases people who also had a passion for the football club. That means that every decision they make also had a thought for the club and most importantly the fans. The majority of those people have now left the club (and not necessarily for the reasons stated publicly, either). Now, that's manageable in itself as long as the people you replace them with fulfil the first criteria of being able to do the job, this seems to have been what's sadly lacking, recently.

Now, I've been privy to some serious information and allegations by current and former employees both at the club and over the road, as I know you have too Les, most of which have been put to those still running the club yet there appears to have been no response/action taken. There is a total lack of trust from the fans of those running the club they love, and it's not hard to see why. That trust cannot be restored by a few ST offers or cheap drinks at a PotY do. It'll take years to repair, years of running the club properly, financially stable and legally, not to mention getting the product on the field right. The last 2/3 years is going to take years and years to recover from and sadly, I don't think the current incumbents running the club are capable.

But there are two sides to every story and some of his *information* could be and was questioned at the time
