We as fans will be the last to to officially hear the truth whether, we as fans, have sussed it a lot sooner is open to debate. Not everyone on here is as thick and condescending as Carson would have the "mushroom squad" believe we are. Hence the reason he no longer posts on here. It's not because he's ever so slightly offended by what we say, he knows we've got his number.

Just for balance, I get why Carson is doing this.

He knows the ST sales and gates are likely to be significantly lower.

He knows the owner no longer wishes to put his hand in his pocket.

He knows he will get a better reception on the tightly moderated FB
He also knows that if CFC are to stand a chance of being cash neutral he needs bums on seats.

To achieve that after 2 disaterous seasons, he really needs to be seen to "be doing something" otherwise Caldwell will have a budget to rival Accrington Stanley.

Facebook group: Full of people who believe that cause he's a director that everything he says is gospel. He can make his little Henry V battle speeches about loving the club etc etc and they'll eat it up without a word.

Bobs Board: Full of people who are capable of doing their own research into his claims and seeing that a lot of them are economical with the truth at best and so question him. At this point he ducks and runs and says we are mean.


To whoever came up with the response that he's the most honest director we've ever had, just one month ago he came out and said there was NO bids for the club at all. Then lo and behold a respected bobs board poster in one post proved it all a massive fib and suddenly his wording changed. Just one of many such examples.
