As long as at least 1, preferably 2 or even 3 other men from Sheffield join him

And black cloth cap maybe.

Funny how this creditors meeting takes place as CT is jettisoned and our current CEO goes on holiday.

Looks to me as this is a well planned course of action pending the dirt hitting the fan.
God I hate this league.

Looking at those events in isolation they probably mean nothing but looking at the bigger picture then it makes you wonder

"To summarise your questioning, there are 8 members of Bobs Board who are looped together and share information... I must add that the work that 60s 70s Spireite & Freelander both put into this meeting was way above & beyond the call of duty and I for one is extremely grateful."

Many thanks to you guys for your persistent, thorough and time-consuming efforts to seek the truth and to redress the deceipt perpetrated.

Hopefully, unravelling the extent of the DC mess and the involvement of the Club / its representatives in that saga, along with helping to expose the role of the Club in respect of the many 'inappropriate' ventures and associations (such as 'Rafflegate' and 'Bingham'), will not diminish your appetite for further investigations should they be deemed necessary in light of any sale of the Club.

Whoah complete breach of FA regulations.
He should have been reported to FA.
His club could have been heavily fined and he should have been kicked out the club.

I'm a devil for looking at patterns.

Page 1, paragraph 5 (https://www.scribd.c...sponse-Redacted) reads as follows:

"In the following weeks NP and the Calimere analysts (who had been charged with performing some due diligence) were not being given complete access to information (if any) by PJ. We ultimately concluded that this was due to legacy trust issues relating to KBW. The background to this being that it had been made clear to us by RMG and KBW that historically KBW had been given no access to the financial details and workings at the club, which is an odd situation for the Chief Executive to be in."

I believe Les is a social friend of CT's and his posts on Facebook earlier this year would suggest CT had no control of the club's finances:

Posted Imageimage hosting over 10mb

Posted Imagepost a picture

On top of that, it has been suggested to us that the former Finance & Operations Officer and a bookkeeper at CFC Football Development School were not allowed full access to the accounts.

Highly unusual to say the least.

Well that's an opportunity missed, especially since my son was signed to another club at the time..........and Sutcliffe knew it.

That's not all.
When questioned about one of the allegations, regarding the payment by the DC of rent on a property occupied by a CFC manager, Sutcliffe first of all said he may have been planning to live there and then that he had never paid rent on behalf of a manager. He did not deny the allegation.

There are 3 scenarios.
1. Our allegation is wrong.
2. Our allegation is correct.
3. The wording used for the transaction is inaccurate and the payment actually went somewhere else.

The Liquidator has asked us to supply details of all the allegations so that he can cross check them against bank statements.

The subject of the apartment was a bit of foreplay.

As you know, a number of questions were submitted to AC prior to the fan's forum on 09/11/16, question 6 read as follows:

6) Confirmation of the last transaction date when expenditure was charged to CFC 2001 Ltd by Dales & Peaks Property Ltd relating to the rental of 16 Belmont Park, Holymoorside.

AC's answer:

Our last payment was 28th May, 2015, which was when we also gave them the one months’ notice
as per the lease. The keys were handed back on 22nd June 2015. This was stopped at source out of Paul Cooks wages.
He also paid all utilities. The club does not cover or subsidise accommodation costs for managers.

It is worth pointing out that Dean Saunders was appointed our manager on 13/05/15 and he also lived in the apartment.

I can't take the credit for this!

Given the director's claim that CFC Football Development School Ltd ceased trading on 31/01/16, I would like him to review the following interview in the DT:

Date: 26/05/16

http://www.derbyshir...d-ppp-1-7932114

“We started off with the limited company being called CFC Football Development Schools, that is still the limited company of which these operate under. But from a branding prospective, we have progressed that many players it seems silly not to name something with progression in the title."

So, CFC SFDS ceased trading at the end of January 2016 but Liam was still taking money off the parents of 300 kids at the end of May 2016 whilst running PPP which was simply a rebranded CFC SFDS.

In other words, he didn't cease trading when he said he had.

Then FBT took over in November 2016.

ASHLEY???? this no time to be staggering down Soi Cowboy.

The same Les Ashmore that won the 50/50 draw the week before Turner left the club???

I'll be able to provide an informed answer to that when we receive the Liquidator's findings about the allegations we are going to tell him about.

Where is the 50/50 draw made, is it in front of witnesses

I would also like to thank and congratulate the bobs board members who keep finding and raising the issues at CFC, there is probably still more to come out.
