There is a point tho, if we're 2 up.

If that happened he wouldn't come on and risk upsetting the apple cart

I thought we were talking without taking into account the news regarding the clause in the contract.

Good God.

What a shambles. We can't play our most reliable performer!?

Why didn't they sell him in the window if this is the case? Or once again is this just another 'minor' fact they've overlooked!?

Every time I think it can't get any worse they manage to plumb a new depth of incompetence. The lunatics have taken over the asylum... what a shower of ****s.

Anymore players close to triggering contract extensions, therefore won't probably play?

We give contracts to useless crocks like Martinez, O'Neil, SEB etc yet we won't give one to one of our best players. Cam only assume it involves a wage hike the club don't want on the bill for next year.

Did I say that? I will check.

No, I didn't say he is not fit, I was answering a question as to why he maybe on the bench if not fully fit - Therefore your claim is incorrect.

GC has been dropped in the cart with this and Sam Hird should see that point of view. Sam is a very intelligent man. It's what he would do if he were in charge 'cos GC is not going to trigger any new contracts in this situation. All he has to do is sign a waiver.

We could make up a myriad of reasons why he's in the bench but the principle point being, he shouldn't be

Shock. Let's see how long before our first shot on target (I'm presuming we haven't already)

Is it bad that I feel nothing anymore. I used to get annoyed when we conceded, now it's just 'meh, here we go again'.

Perhaps a Town goal (is it really too much to ask for just one goal?) might change my mood.

But, we don't have to make up reasons, we know the reason.
