Player of the Year awards night planned for Sunday 30th April (according to AC on twitter).

What a day that will could be, watch Shef Utd lift the L1 title, whilst witnessing the final nail in our coffin, hammered in by Jay O then back to the Proact to watch someone who won't be here next season lift the PotY trophy!

The alternative scenario, of course, is that we bag the three points needed to keep us up, as Sheff Yoo fail to get the single point they need to make the playoffs. Jay O does indeed score but in his own net as he slices an attempted clearance past his despairing keeper in the third minute of injury time. We then head back to enjoy the PotY awards at the Proact where our new billionaire owner hands over the PotY Trophy to Ched who's has just committed to a four-year contract extension after netting 40 times in a late-season flourish. Blimey is that the alarm!

Carson says that this years awards night will be less corporate and more for the supporters as part of the 150 years celebration.

No more sponsers booking whole tables. In truth we probably don't have enough sponsers to fill the place anymore.

Next year that sounds like a highly likely scenario!

We could do an 'imitation football player Of The year' award, there'd be no end of candidates for that one.

"Nurse! NURSE!! He's out of bed and on the computer again!"

If Ched was to bag 40 goals between now and then, and we're still 3 points shy of staying up, how many do we concede in that time??

Maybe, or Evo, but if you consider their actual performance levels, that shows how poor we have been this season.
These go to eleven.

We were only commenting on DD at the last home game. He's turned into a nice, steady player.

Giving it to James Higgins would be an apt gesture by the club. He has my vote.
These go to eleven.

It's the monotonous question of where we've been prior to Kelham Island that'll be nauseating
