Biggs chosen to ignore my various tweets to him regarding the 3 CCJ's issued against the DC issued after former non-league footballer LIAM SUTCLIFFE appeared on his show and promised everyone owed money by the DC had been paid in full.

We now know that to be a complete pack of lies FACT

With Biggs being very critical of fellow Spireites in being unhappy about what he called an "innovative venture" if memory serves

Correct they called at the club today in relation to non payment of debts relating to Sondico from last season totalling over £8k. They had the Proact Stadium as the address to come to but surprise, surprise the debt was for Sutcliffe's development school. The bailiffs were determined to take away equipment from the club not believing it was a seperate entity until Sutcliffe came over to join CT to prove otherwise.

Once again questions remain about this organisation and its links to CFC that Ashley Carson really does need to sort, He promised a couple of weeks ago he would conduct a independent audit of transactions between the two organisations but this is still awaited.

You will remember the PDF of answers which AC provided to our questions submitted to him prior to the forum on 9th November.

One of the subjects within question 8 related to the 110% increase in sundry establishment expenses £42,578 (2012) to £89,366 (2016).

AC' s response read as follows:

Sundry establishment expenses increased by 110% from £42,578 (2012) to £89,366 (2016).
Clothing and equipment costs £42k : Puma Clothes, Training Equipment, Staff uniforms including concourse staff, HiVis & Health and Safety Wear. Previous Yr £16,000 which appears low, need to check previous year figure.

Miscellaneous costs £47k : Tina Jenner Photography, Armoured Security Services (Cash collection), First Aid, Food Hygiene Courses, Personnel Alcohol Licenses, SkyTv, Stadium Performing Rights Licenses
Total £89k
The misc cost is a whole variety of cost including Sky costs Tina Jenner photography costs Staff uniforms AquAid Armoured Security Services First Aid courses Ties Sandico Donations

Our follow up:

We assume you mean Sondico, what does the donation actually relate to?

AC's response:

Yes, sorry SONDICO.

Perhaps AC could now confirm what CFC 2001 Ltd's relationship is with Sondico.

Looks like CFC is footing the cost of breaking the 5 year sponsorship deal that Liam Sutcliffe signed. The same deal that was discussed on the CFC youtube channel. I wonder if it's still there? I know somebody who downloaded it a while ago, though.

The house of cards that is LS and The DC has been subject to an unsettling steady breeze for a while now, but has managed to stay up right but I have a feeling someone is about to kick the table from under it, bringing it crashing down in a heaped mess.

Hopefully taking Turner and Sutcliffe with it.

A cynic might wonder if Turner and Sutcliffe's original enterprise will be wound-up in the not too distant future.

A cynic might wonder if that's been the plan for quite some time.

A cynic might wonder why that hasn't already happened.

A cynic might wonder if it's summat to do with somehow 'cleansing' the books.

A cynic might wonder if it's summat to do with CFC money being involved.

A cynic might wonder if it's summat to do with Turner's name being involved.

Good job there're no such cynics on here, i'nt it...

The sooner that a reputable Insolvency Accountant is appointed re the DC the better. It will be then very interesting to see the actual picture and to follow his reports and figures.

So what was the outcome when they established the debt was with the 'Village people'? Did Sutcliffe offer his ego as part payment? Or maybe he offered to run some free coaching sessions for the balifffs, as I hear he's an exceptional coach.

Sutcliffe presumably gave them permission to leg it with £8k's worth of Sir Rodney's equipment. I fear for his career. He may end up in the Tower.

We've no need to panic now.

Just seen Les Ashmore's all over it on facebook.

He's got a quick response from Ashley Carson,,who has been in London all day and has confirmed the bailiffs visit and will sort it out tomorrow.

He says it will be his main priority as he's also expecting questions at next weeks AGM, sending me the same message.

Too little, too late.

Understanding the reasons why this subject hasn't been brought to a head before now is the key.

Absolutely correct, there have been many opportunities to put this farce to bed and the fact it hasn't brings about some rather troubling questions.

There'd be a lot of families kids dissapointed if the thing closed irrespective of the dodgy side.

Perhaps CFC forming a link with the now departed coaches who have started their own academy wouldn't be a bad idea.
