But what'll be done about it?

When will those guilty of mismanagement, lies, deceit and scandal be held responsible?

Was the term 'zero tolerance' just another hollow platitude?

It's my belief that Ashley Carson is aware of and/or in a position to investigate allegations.

The time for words is over; it's now time for decisive action.

Thing is, after years of mismanagement and not giving a s**t, their priorities have changed now that buyers might be sniffing around. Get a good manager in, give him funds that previous managers never had, assign responsibilities and put in procedures, go on a charm offensive, minimise CFC debtors. Unfortunately for them, accusations of mismanagement are not subjective. They have not covered their tracks. Evidence is out there and Ashley knows it.

I can confirm that with the full backing of the former employees and a commitment from them that they will meet with Ashley Carson should it be required, last week he was informed of 11 allegations made by the ex members of staff during meetings with supporters in March and April 2016.

AC is fully aware of the allegations, what they amount to and who they involve. I suspect he is also mindful of the implications should the allegations become known to a wider audience.

Given that AC is the acting/interim CEO of CFC 2001 Ltd and an executive board member, I believe he is duty bound under the Companies Act 2006 to investigate all the allegations and report his findings.

One would assume if it isn't investigated and properly then at some point in the future Police will be involved

Likely to involve other agencies as well if it is not sorted.

Apart from owt else, we have simple time line data which confirms that Turner knew about what was happening at the DC before Sutcliffe was accused of lying.

What's needed now from Ashley is the kind of leadership which matches his desire for openness. I'd suggest a small, discrete, independent investigation.

But what if he finds his friend CT is guilty of wrongdoing?

It's all a bit like that sketch in 'The Office', where one of the employees has been circulating a doctored picture of David Brent in some sort of embarrassing situation. When Brent finds out he is not happy and demands to know who he culprit is, vowing to deal with them harshly. However when he finds out it's his best pal, he accepts it's all in good nature and he intends taking no action.

Replace Brent with AC and the best pal with CT, and the similarities have to make you smile.

This is key, in my mind.

Time, time, and time again Turner's pleaded ignorance when connected to scandal - which is damning in itself given his former position!

However he can't resort to his default 'I know nerrrthing...' excuse on this occasion.

Though welcome, simply hanging Sutcliffe out to dry isn't anywhere near good enough.

Chris Turner embraced him without any obvious vetting, proffered him what appeared inordinate licence at the Club, defended him with what proved to be >ahem< 'misleading and contradictory statements', enjoyed positions which raised unanswered conflict of interest questions, oversaw at least in part the financial catastrophe and PR disaster the 'false' academy has become and, we now discover, was warned of issues long before they began inflicting such incalculable damage on Chesterfield FC.

He too must bear full responsibility for his actions.

Hee hee,
I wonder if Ashley can sue Sutcliffe for denigrating the good name of CFC?

Clearly the buck stops with the directors of any business. However thinking about the majority of the allegations, it's my opinion that we need to think outside of the box on this occasion.

Perhaps Liam, Ashley & Chris could confirm who is currently on site at the Proact/CFC Village.

It can't be can it? Biggs was assured on his TV show that all monies had been paid. Wonder if Biggs would revisit it?

Biggs chosen to ignore my various tweets to him regarding the 3 CCJ's issued against the DC issued after former non-league footballer LIAM SUTCLIFFE appeared on his show and promised everyone owed money by the DC had been paid in full.

We now know that to be a complete pack of lies FACT

Correct they called at the club today in relation to non payment of debts relating to Sondico from last season totalling over £8k. They had the Proact Stadium as the address to come to but surprise, surprise the debt was for Sutcliffe's development school. The bailiffs were determined to take away equipment from the club not believing it was a seperate entity until Sutcliffe came over to join CT to prove otherwise.

Once again questions remain about this organisation and its links to CFC that Ashley Carson really does need to sort, He promised a couple of weeks ago he would conduct a independent audit of transactions between the two organisations but this is still awaited.

Presumably, for kits that parents were told they had to fork out £300 a chuck for, that sounds like never made its way to the supplier?

So, legally do Sondico still own the goods as most business T+C's state goods remain the property of the vendor until paid for in full.

The house of cards that is LS and The DC has been subject to an unsettling steady breeze for a while now, but has managed to stay up right but I have a feeling someone is about to kick the table from under it, bringing it crashing down in a heaped mess.
