Thanks.
So, have the club considered that the Consortium are not prepared to go as far as disclosing all their members until they hear of a more realistic price? I am sure they have no intention of paying anything like the £15M.

Forgive me - why £15m?

Do you man why is £15M mentioned here? Answer, because that's the figure quoted by the club.
If you mean where do I think the £15M comes from? Roughly £10M to pay off all the loans, £5M for the shares (book value about nil), thus the club looks to be looking for a premium of £5M on book values.

Don't you think the first problems were to negotiate to the end of November, then the end of December, plus reach agreements with the resigning directors all of which are/were owed monies guaranteed by debentures?

On top of this, Ashley had family problems with his mother dying and, believe it or not, Christmas and the New Year fell in those 7 weeks.

Indeed, seemingly not noticing confirmation of the consortium rumour and asking price quoted to them came from the Director who is running the club

The story makes for a funny read. It says the starting point is 15 big ones but DA might take less. If he might take less and he will have to if he wants to sell, why would anyone need to come forward and prove they have 15 million. Surely they just need to prove they have the actual asking price when they have decided what it is.

It makes a refreshing change that the cub are doing due dilligence

Allen resigned on 14/11/16. Carson confirmed on 09/12/16 that a deal was close to being done with the 4 ex directors and that Allen would provide funding until such a time that a new buyer is found. I would love to know who raised the subject first about the repayment of the directors' loans, the directors themselves or the club, especially seeing as the club is unable to fund such repayments!

As for negotiating and structuring the debt, I can't see at Companies House that any of DA's personal loans are secured therefore it's highly unlikely he'll allow this to go anywhere near a CVA / liquidation.

We have a full time CEO who has supposedly been working on attracting investment for at least two years now, it's clear that he was attempting to do that without a prospectus and we have Mike Warner & John Croot who could also assist in the preparation of such a document, not to mention the club's / owner's professional advisors.

As a CEO if he was paid his salary in bottle tops he'd still be stealing a wage.

Proact chiefs concerned as hundreds of season ticket holders skip match

We really do have to worry if over 600 season ticket holders don't turn up. That's maybe 15% of total season ticket holders giving it a miss. This must be a first?

My season ticket hasn't been used since the Blades game & I was in two minds whether to go to that or not, I shouldn't have bothered! I've no plans to return anytime soon, what's the point, the entertainment is none existent and the results have been mostly embarrassing plus the club have already had my money and how I feel now, they are very unlikely to receive anymore from me until the incompetence in the way the club is being run is drastically addressed.

The club have contact details of EVERY ST that doesn't get used for every home game.

Surely, it's simple to put together a spreadsheet, and target the repeat stay always? We have a supporter liason officer, after all.

I doubt the numbers are dramatically higher than the average either from our last few seasons of struggle or from around the country.
