I notice that debenture holders have floating charges on all assets, whereas A&S seem to have fixed charge.on the stadium.

I assume this means those with floating charges have a lower priority and have get in the queue behind A&S if the worst happens?

If this is the case, what protection do the debenture holders have?

They would If they had all agreed that at the time, but it gets questionable if the loan has increased after the floating debenture holders had filed their charges and they were in place before then.
By taking a fixed charge on the additional sums, have the floating debenture holders been prejudiced and the fixed debenture holder preferred? Unless they all signed to agree this order of preference.

What do I see?
I see a club in turmoil.
I see a club in financial dire straits.
I see a club lacking quality on the field
I see a club lacking any leadership
I see a club that is going to be relegated
I see a club without a future
I see a club with plummeting gates
I see a club that has become a laughing stock

What do I see long term?
I see nothing long term. We do not have a long term at this club. We are lucky to have a short term

Not to disagree with some of your points but the crowd figures can't really be said to be plummeting. If you take the average so far with the average over the years at the new ground then:-

Season 7 6,061
Season 6 6,676
Season 5 6,925
Season 4 6,318
Season 3 5,431
Season 2 6,530
Season 1 6,972

Not the worst nor best, down 13% on season 1 but up 11% on season 3.

Just saying.
Fight for your opinions, but do not believe that they contain the whole truth, or the only truth.

What I can't understand is that all the then directors were asked the same question regarding their interest charges and debentures and on the day of the AGM, only DC Jones Group could not give an immediate answer as their loan was from the company with 5 directors and DJ had to talk to his other 3 directors who weren't 'into' football. However A & S Leisure were in a similar position with directors but they would not forego their interest. That means that only 2 directors could not give the answer DA wanted, so why did 4 directors resign & 2 remained? It was known in the VP lounge that Barrie was known as one of the Taliban along with DJ, CB & PT. Barrie always told me that he was labelled as the enemy within. Both MW & JC have always been town fans with the clubs interest at heart, but unfortunately there is only 1 person running CFC now who is controlled by DA.

I just hope they know what they are doing as many fans will fall by the wayside until normality has resumed (whatever that will be). I guess we will never know now what has happened due to the confidentiality agreements that have been signed off. I only hope DA can find a buyer so that we can rid ourselves of all the cloak & dagger stuff that has continued for a long time and has contributed to the lack of enjoyment.
We've all witnessed poor football before and we put up with it because it's not unusual to Town fans, but the goings on that surrounds CFC is something that doesn't impress me or give me confidence.

Well perhaps Ashley Carson can clarify if Dave Allen stands by the nine million figure he quoted at the last completed AGM?

What were his words to someone voicing disapproval?.."bring me 9m tomorrow morning and all this can be yours"....somewhere along those lines if I remember correctly!

Because DA insisted on a unanimous decision from DJ, CB, PRT, AG at the pre-agm Board meeting. He refused to give DJ a time out to consult his own company directors and by the time the 4 reconvened the offer had been withdrawn. I don't for 1 minute think that the 4 were aware of this constraint at the meeting. 'Honourable' isn't an adjective I'd use with the noun 'DeeDah'.

My interpretation of Shorts' refusal to sign-off the accounts without a written guarantee of financial support is that CFC is, to all intents and purposes, insolvent.

I seem to remember both Carson and Turner making noises along those lines, too.

I'd therefore suggest nine million is somewhat generous under the circumstances - infact demanding any more would raise some pretty troubling questions.

No, but we weren't counting non-attending Season Ticket Holders during Season 3.

Your interpretation is effectively correct. Without DA's loan support, which needs to continue until someone else comes along, CFC is insolvent.

We also played Bradford and Bristol in season 3, and Rotherham - So probably right in a way what you're saying, but just Scunny and Bolton as Rotherham cancels out Sheff Yo, but I do agree, season 3 was a poor turn out for the away end overall.

It would be good to see Home averages for each season only.

It's no wonder the accounts are a mess if they are the averages quoted by AC, unless these are actual averages without counting season ticket no shows as I thought the average was over 6000

When did he come out with theses figures?

If he did, he really needs to reconcile his figures with those published in the programme and announced at the games

I'm struggling with the time scale, but when this "bring me 9m tomorrow" statement was made did this value include player assets (ie estimated value for such as Clucas) if so who decides if this 9 million figure should be greater or less?
Trying to ignore our current "luck" but injuries could have a big influence on our saleable value.

I can't help but feel that if the simpler things like an online ticket sales or a club shop being open every Saturday & Sunday (at least when the car boot is on) would help with investment into the club. Everything seems to be on the clubs terms.
I walk my dog around the club. In our first two seasons the Christmas celebrations started at the end of November. There doesn't seem to be any now because when people did go they got delivered a main course on a plate when everywhere else they had food placed in the middle of the table and chose what they wanted. On the clubs terms. Even went to the dogs last year, had a chance to choose what food we wanted. The club told us what we had to have.
The club has got to listen and stop dictating to its customers.
Life goes on. Whatever happens.
