Him resigning is not part of the game. He goes the day Allen goes and not before.

You may be right, but meantime I hope his sense of security doesn't increase.

BUT...BUT..BUT.
For how long has it been secured?
Until the next wages are due?
Until we sell the next player for £1m?
Until we find a buyer?
Until DA throws the teddy out again?
Until we balance the day to day books?
Until DA gives everyone an open cheque book and we get to the Championship?
Until the share holders stop asking testing questions?
Until the share holders start asking testing questions?
Until the business is split and some poor sap has to try to make CFC work football wise?
Until the present foot soldiers are replaced with people with genuine business accumen?
Until I win £90m?
Still far, far too many questions left unanswered!

Until they get rid of Turner. Sorry Westbars and GOKU and Lindave hate to bore you but until he goes we are screwed!

It's not the sentiment I have a problem with, just the dull posts you make (tinned) saying exactly the same thing.

yeah but until we get rid of the TURNIPE we won't get anywhere #newinfo

Tbf people have asked this lad if he's ever been to see Turner before and his response has been that he physically wouldn't be able to control himself if he did that lol

I was at the cfss meeting and John Croot intimated that DA was willing to put money in to secure the club until a buyer was found. He also would like to sell the club as a complete business and not split it up.

Given Dave Allen appears to've achieved his objective and Ashley Carson seems to've washed his hands of Sutcliffe's academy, I believe it's time we received comprehensive answers to the questions submitted before the fans' forum.

AC has done well in addressing various events on Sheff Road and deserves credit for that, however the suspicion and distrust still so rife amongst customers will surely continue until historical accounts are scrutinised.

My understanding is there're individuals qualified to do so ready and waiting - so if there's nothing to hide why not allow access and draw a definitive line under these issues?

That was some of the feeling last night at the CFSS meeting. Several supporters raised their concern over the difference between the perception given by the club and the reality.

A great point was made at the meeting (I think you made it), that this summer the club will be faced with a massive problem in that supporters will be asking themselves, why should they renew/continue to support what is going off at our club. John Croot was asked the question, what is going to change at the club that will instill confidence and encourage supporters to renew.

The same will also apply to sponsors.

Unless things change, we can only assume it forms part of the plan.

Evening mate. Forgive my ignorance I didn't realise you were there (which gentleman were you?!) but am glad that you were as I think that if CFSS has a purpose over the next x number of months it is to act as an accountability measure to those in charge. With the likes of yourself on board i am more confident of that happening. Yes I made that point (didn't realise anyone knew who I was!). I am fearful of the upcoming season as well as this one.

I was sat at the back with Stu Basson and Moondog. It was only when I read your posts on here following the meeting and noticed your username did I put 2&2 together.

Confidence in the club will only be restored if there are some serious changes.

It's only purpose is to disguise what a complete plonker DA was at the AGM. The leaks have already started and our Ashley can now say 'no comment'. Everything that has been achieved could just as easily have been agreed via mature negotiations around the boardroom table between opposing groups that wanted the same outcome.

AC, resign.

Did Mrs. H agree to a 4 year repayment plan?

Can we assume that a similar plan has been negotiated with the four directors who have recently resigned? Who's financing the repayment of the ex directors' debentures?

Certainly by instalment. I'm uncertain at this stage whether Mrs H's loan still has the status of a debenture and whether interest on the outstanding amount will be paid to her. I'm sure John Croot will have done everything possible at the boardroom table to respect the memory of his good mate by insisting that the settlement is fair.

I guess though that Mrs H should eventually get back everything that Barrie invested. The four directors might not be so lucky. DA of course originally demanded that ALL Directors give up their debentures. I wonder what arrangements have been made for the survivors Ashley, Mike, and John - and for DA himself?

Last week I met an ordinary fan who holds a debenture. I wonder if that fan can insist on his debenture NOT being paid off?

Are there many "ordinary fans" holding debentures?

I thought that at the year end the only debenture holders were the directors and their associated companies along with the council (which has since been paid off by DA or his company)

I notice that debenture holders have floating charges on all assets, whereas A&S seem to have fixed charge.on the stadium.

I assume this means those with floating charges have a lower priority and have get in the queue behind A&S if the worst happens?

If this is the case, what protection do the debenture holders have?
