Well Liam (now that I know you follow BB), thank you very much for calling my mobile phone earlier today and please thank the person for me who gave you my mobile number.

I have no problems with any person calling me and talking to me regarding any subject and I would answer honestly all questions that I am asked if I knew the answers. But please don't phone me to tell me that you are sick & tired of the last 18 months and the way that you think you have been victimised or the fact that the 152 pages on here is the last straw. Don't tell me that you are going to have 1 phone conversation with me and that's all and don't hang up on me when you have finished when I was half way through a sentence.

Nor should you threaten or try to intimidate me with the police and your solicitors. By all means 'throw the kitchen sink' (your words) at me and the other members of Bobs Board who you accuse of damaging your business and making slanderous remarks, but do it officially. You said you were inviting the police into your business tomorrow to study your accounts, well.......... I'm not too far away from you so please give them my address and I will gladly answer any questions they may wish to make. I'm not sure where you think I or others have committed a criminal offence by involving the police in our dialogue, but carry on with what you wish and see fit.

I would be a lot happier if the police were actually involved and a thorough investigation took place because trying to get answers to questions that worried and concerned fans have been asking, is like pulling teeth. You say that it is your business and you do not have to answer to CFC fans, maybe so, but during the past 18 months, directly or indirectly or by association you have wallowed in CFC branding, CFC e-mail addresses, CFC phone numbers and did you not have another director who was CEO of CFC? Has that person and a Director from CFC helped you out with funding to repay parents & a few wages that were outstanding?

I have no axe to grind with you as I know very little about your operation or your background, but I do take it personally when you find time to call me and offer a threat to me and my livlehood.

Simple questions need only simple answers.

I look forward to your reply but I would now prefer it if you go through my company solicitors as you made it quiet clear that there was only going to be 1 phonecall.

Rob

Dear oh dear! That does sound like someone backed into a corner. Great idea to get the police involved Liam. I think we are all with you on that one!

By the way, have you still got the fag packet with the accounts written on to help with their investigations?

Second successive home game scheduled for tonight has been postponed without explanation involving the international academy side, who play as Chesterfield FC U21's in the North Midlands Development League Northern Section.

My guess is the pitch hire at Eastwood hasn't been paid for

Perhaps this thread ought to be re-titled, 'Does Sir Rodney Walker want to be associated with this questionable enterprise?'.

Just driven past Aquarius and saw Sutcliffe stood there making a phone call( to his solicitor??????) wearing a bright red training top with CFC badge! Thought this branding was being removed from Sutcliffe and Turners Academy Ashley?

As per my Forum action point, I'm satisfied that the DC has indeed been a debtor to CFC contrary to what Directors said. Was Sutcliffe's top CFC merchandise? Director Croot should now conduct a review of the accounts to establish how he missed the evidence.

If Ashley Carson is as good as his word and cuts all ties with Sutcliffe's academy I'll publicly applaud him.

However in the interests of closure I do believe we should learn exactly what financial transactions there were between CFC and that enterprise, and whether any sort of crime was committed by accepting cash for trips that were never even booked.

Meanwhile for all the assurances otherwise I wonder if there're parents and employees who've simply written off what they were owed.

£300+ for a new set of kit

Liam hasn't taken a penny in salary from the DC since its inception apparently, so obviously doesn't want the expense of a new kit (unlike the parents who were told it was compulsory)

I couldn't tell if it was Puma or not. Clearly a CFC badge though

I'm told it wasn't practical to change the badge and name of team mid season, which seems fair enough, given the additional issue that players/parents would have shelled out on kit.

That'll be on the new kit then that the parents will have to fork out for.

It's certainly ironic that AC states CFC and the IA are separate legal entities and no longer connected in any way, yet on the page you guide us to, scroll down a little further and you can read:

Quote

We're proud of our great relationship with Chesterfield FC Community Trust.

We often work on projects together in the hope of achieving improvement for individuals, their education and their lives, generally.

The Spireites Trust have excellent facilities located in the East Stand of The Proact Stadium, which our players often use, including classrooms and the hydrotherapy pool.

So you're clear that CFCFDS have appeared in the CFC accounts under "other debtors"?

Even when I pressed them at the forum, stating that given the losses in years 1, 2 & 3, the company would have required a cash injection long before this summer when AC & CT are said to have injected circa £60K, so who had provided the funding prior to this point, their response was that LS just chose not to pay people!
