For gods sake stop playing the t..I..t...on every thread you comment on. We all know there's bigger games afoot. It's idiots like you who demean the whole issues that's going on behind the scenes with you're idiotic postings.

A far more comprehensive interview here (12 minutes) with some very good questions from Peak FM'S John Chubb

Turner more on the football side ... and presumably less on the financial side.19 players out of contract - potentially a massive rebuilding job...business as usual then!

And what do you intend to do about the problem at the club apart from spewing diatribe on here

yep, more thorough interview than the sheff one, but you'd expect that given peak cover 1 league club and not 6, in essence similar questions, in fairness carson comes across much better than turner and it would appear that turner may be being shifted from finances to footballing side. in reality none of us really knows what is going on, its been a very strange episode in our clubs 150 year history, is the drama over yet? my guess no but for now we appear to be in less of a panic mode perhaps than we were a month ago, that said i'm still nervous

Good post. I'd be happier with turner more on the footballing side and Carson(what's his qualifications to do this?) on the finances. I would totally expect Wilson be given some room to manoeuvre come Jan.

With what? We've no money and Allen is putting even more money in to keep the club afloat and pay the directors off. What makes you think he's gonna part with yet more money for the playing staff?

We appear to have people running the club who back the strategy of Turner remaining as CEO. This is the man who can't see a way to cut costs given the current budget, never mind manage a reduced one. As a supporter I'll be very dismayed if John Croot backs Carson on this. CT's immunity from the threat of dismissal is farcical. Perhaps John could justify his position at the forthcoming CFSS meeting. I'd like John's reassurance that the man who is being given the task of masterminding contract negotiations for 18 players will not engineer a penny commission out of it.

Also for CT's 5% of player sales to be abolished and replaced with 5% bonus based on league position/points gained over the season.

It's not just the CEO who can't see a way of cutting costs, in the Chesterfield Post interview link you post Carson says the same, stating the only cuts can come from the playing budget, despite the previous regime running the club out of the same stadium at a much lower off field cost, that he can't or won't explain, very disturbing,

Just the same as I said a few weeks back, ignore the AC spin show and scaremongering as we were never going into administration with DA as the majority shareholder. He has too much to lose to let anything fold. There's nothing anyone can do to make a difference. AC playing ignorant as if he doesn't know what DA's master plan for the club long term just makes your bottom laugh and you can't take anything seriously what he comes out with. I'm sure I'd be having sleepless nights too if someone had gifted me a wad of free shares out of the blue but honestly guv, I don't know what his plans are.

No point stressing about it, we're stuck with this lot until a buyer is found. Sending questions to AC is pointless, the important ones that would explain everything always get conveniently ignored. Of course they know themselves why we haemorrhage money, these guys aren't idiots when it comes to business, but it's something we'll never find out until they've left.

Absolutely bang on,you couldn't make it up could you,the man who admits he's not very good with figures negotiating 19 new contracts and getting 5% on any transfers.
It's not a surprise that we are in a financial mess and you have to ask yourselves how long before the next tantrum by our owner as the men who he trusts oversee another financial Armageddon?

Fair enough, let's get on with supporting the team and not waste breath on those upstairs because it'll not change anything. the more supoorters turn up, the more chance of a buyer.

He did last time, with rather a disturbing quote of "95,000 pounds of my own money" Let's see what happens, eh?

Why would someone pay £5 million for shares that Allen paid £4million for? At the end of the season with levels of debt as they are the shares are worth a couple of hundred grand
