Well Liam (now that I know you follow BB), thank you very much for calling my mobile phone earlier today and please thank the person for me who gave you my mobile number.

I have no problems with any person calling me and talking to me regarding any subject and I would answer honestly all questions that I am asked if I knew the answers. But please don't phone me to tell me that you are sick & tired of the last 18 months and the way that you think you have been victimised or the fact that the 152 pages on here is the last straw. Don't tell me that you are going to have 1 phone conversation with me and that's all and don't hang up on me when you have finished when I was half way through a sentence.

Nor should you threaten or try to intimidate me with the police and your solicitors. By all means 'throw the kitchen sink' (your words) at me and the other members of Bobs Board who you accuse of damaging your business and making slanderous remarks, but do it officially. You said you were inviting the police into your business tomorrow to study your accounts, well.......... I'm not too far away from you so please give them my address and I will gladly answer any questions they may wish to make. I'm not sure where you think I or others have committed a criminal offence by involving the police in our dialogue, but carry on with what you wish and see fit.

I would be a lot happier if the police were actually involved and a thorough investigation took place because trying to get answers to questions that worried and concerned fans have been asking, is like pulling teeth. You say that it is your business and you do not have to answer to CFC fans, maybe so, but during the past 18 months, directly or indirectly or by association you have wallowed in CFC branding, CFC e-mail addresses, CFC phone numbers and did you not have another director who was CEO of CFC? Has that person and a Director from CFC helped you out with funding to repay parents & a few wages that were outstanding?

I have no axe to grind with you as I know very little about your operation or your background, but I do take it personally when you find time to call me and offer a threat to me and my livlehood.

Simple questions need only simple answers.

I look forward to your reply but I would now prefer it if you go through my company solicitors as you made it quiet clear that there was only going to be 1 phonecall.

Rob,

Moondog, SpireiteNag & I were tipped off about 3 or 4 months ago that LS was in the process of starting litigation and contacting the police. In fact, some of the early tip offs followed within days of Bingham's departure

As I have repeatedly said to you and others, the day he calls the police will be the day a weight is lifted off all of our shoulders.

Before Sutcliffe starts hurling tantrums at respectable businessmen, someone running a company that hasn't been surrounded by scandals, I suggest he remember what was said by members of the top table at the recent fans forum.

Then I suggest he remember that yet another CCJ appeared on his doorstep despite claiming all bills were paid on Biggs' talk show.

Then I suggest he remember that others are still claiming they're owed money despite public assurances to the contrary.

Then I suggest he remember that we're still awaiting confirmation the series of cancelled trips were ever booked in the first place.
