I've chased again today and got a final answer from AC on the PSG trip.

He's requested proof of booking but this hasn't been forthcoming despite him making several requests

He has also also checked the Development Centre bank account and no payment was made from there.

He doesn't disagree that it's therefore fair to conclude that the trip was never booked.

There is no update as to the Council's position following Rafflegate

It must also be fair to conclude then that he will call in the police to investigate the conduct of the Directors of the DC.

CT : “Parents of youngsters who were due to go on a trip to France voted to cancel the trip following the acts of terrorism in Paris. Despite the fact that there was no requirement to do so, as a gesture of goodwill, the PPP agreed to refund the cost of the trip and payments have now been made to all 25 parents. I must say that we are very grateful to all our parents for their patience and support during this time.'

Why would there be no need to make refunds to all 25 parents when nowt had been paid out?

Not forgetting the original cancellation was made because it was alleged some parents hadn't paid

The statement from Chris Turner in May was about the replacement trip

I knew it. I B****Y knew it. That lying SOAB.
They might want to also check where that money went within the first 3 months of it being paid in.

Because let's face it, if the money was paid in & now we know it was never booked, the money shouldve been there waiting to be paid out for what it was intended for.

Which also raises the question of why then did parents have to wait months and months for a refund?

There's a word for this.

Another point where our sources have been proved to be, yet again, 100% correct.

well done Freelander2. Your persistence has rooted this out. Other allegations, some even more serious, should now be presented to the police. The days when we were worried about threats of litigation by DC Directors have long since passed in my opinion. They are discredited. I have a feeling the famous 'I was misled' line will be trotted out again.

Woah but hang on Dim, there was another trip where the money disappeared to you know.
The Wales trip. Ya know, the one where LS had all the parents in the changing rooms and said the trip couldn't go ahead, but they couldn't have their money back either!

Parents had to accept it was tied up in Development credit.
I have an email that proves that too 😡

we know it was never booked,

2 quotes here that do not prove anything and would not lead to a conviction. AC said it was 'fair' to say and does not say it was never booked.

The only way to find the truth is for an investigation into the whole affair.

The sooner the better. If a Director says a conclusion is a fair conclusion, then that's proof in my book. He has responsibilities associated with his status.

Okay then, we are now officially at the stage where the PSG issue needs to be handled formally by the people who have the power to ask questions and DEMAND answers whilst the tape is running. I suspect that there will also be several willing witnesses able to provide key evidence.

I am completely disgusted, but not at all surprised.

The club is having it's heart and soul ripped out of it and judging by the performance on Saturday it's not just the fans that are being affected.

Ha, ok. Ta.

So we need to know then whether it is the original trip or the reorganised trip or both that weren't booked.
In fact, going on subsequent posts on here, we should now demand to know the complete booking history of trips organised by the DC.
