that's an artificial barrier. They just lent a mate a bit of cash. They could lend him some more. It does raise a couple of questions though. I think just because Ashley was co-ordinating the response, he informed me he had forwarded on my email chasing up to CT, who it appears failed to respond.

So 'if' it wasn't actually booked......would there be a case of fraud to answer?

I've just e mailed CT asking where the evidence is, I'll let you know as soon as he replies. I suspect we may be waiting some time.

I would imagine somewhere along the lines of taking money off people for something that wasn't actually booked is naughty to say the least, these trips take months to sort out so the excuse it was going to be booked later wouldn't really wash, as mentioned earlier on the other thread it's time the folk who can deal with this officially and properly got involved.

so, are we to conclude that Ashley and Chris paid Sutcliffe not the amount that allowed him to fully satisfy the outstanding debt, but the minimum that Sir Rodney demanded in order to agree to become a sponsor?
