has this now become our biggest game of the season, I don't know what the financial rewards are for reaching round 3 in itself but the chance to draw one of the big sides in round 3, maybe even a televised game. be nice to think we could get a few players back fit for this one, need em anyway of course, must surely be someone returning soon.

37 year old habit mate, it's difficult to break no matter how bad it has become.

And win at least gives the chance of a possible stay of execution.

It's 100% down to DA either way. What difference does getting drawn at the Emirates and pulling in whatever that brings? Genuinely.

So you are saying match day income doesn't matter? Don't say that to DA

In an ideal world we get to round three, an then the FA sort of fix it so we Play Man ure or City away lol. I mean, its not as though they don't owe us a favour is it ?

Hoare (400)

Just had a look, and if we beat Wycombe, its another £27.000

Know what you are saying Si but it's just papering over the vast cracks.

Lots of people banging on about DA but realistically he was the only one prepared to bank role the new ground, but such an investment really must be long term and somewhere along the lines he's really not got anywhere to go.

true but we also have to look at the short term don't we, such things can buy a little time to enable the long term to take shape
