The board and members on here who are intelligent that they meet together in a official capacity?

You have AC and CT and the new chairman in Warner

The back stabbing is not called for.

Chesterfield fc needs the fans, they need this board so between everyone they maybe a solution.

Cut the crap, deal in facts and everyone pull together.

Blame game is gone, Chesterfield fc and the future is what counts.

Pull together, talk, become Facebook friends. .. go for a beer. Waste of time now.
Just need a very generous beneficiary. It's as simple or as difficult as that.

If you don't identify and remove the cause, there is no future.

There is only one solution. DA comes back and brings his wallet with him. In return everyone tugs their forelock.

Other than that, we fold and start again as AFC Chesterfield. It's too big, and beyond the realms of CFSS mk2 to rescue.

If that were to happen, what do you envisage the benefits being to CFC?

If I could also ask, in your opinion what are the reasons the club finds itself in this position?

I do not think that CFC as it is now is rescue able. I think that too much damage has been done. There are most definitely some clever people on here and I think that therir expertise would be better used in the capacity of helping set up and then in the running of a new club. I would not consider setting up a new club in normal circumstances but I cannot see us recovering from this situation. When you think of the amounts being bandied about £500K before Xmas, I am sure that as fans we could raise that amount but rather than it being swallowed up in the toxic debt at our current club it could have a massive affect on plans for a new club. We could approach former Directors of the Club to see what their thoughts are ?. Has a final meeting place and time / date been sorted yet ?. I would welcome the chance to speak to fellow concerned fans to hear their thoughts.

A meeting with the former directors would be first on my list of priorities.

The only problem with speaking to former Directors at the moment is that I am presuming that they may need to talk to their lawyers first. DA will jump on anything that they say or do that may be deemed as incorrect

Assuming no confidentiality agreement they would be OK with the truth.

The only 'crap' has been the still unexplained losses, series of scandals and contradictory statements those you want us to get behind are responsible for.

I think it's becoming increasingly clear DA's intent is removing any influence the former directors' may retain in terms of the stadium.

Just look at the way he's shifted the goalposts, so to speak.

I'd guess that if they don't agree to withdraw that influence he'll place the Club into admin regardless of how fans react.
Never underestimate the stupidity of people

Negative or not I'm of the opinion that barring come up with the cash to buy the club anything we do is utterly inconsequential.

Chris I completely agree about the admin.

It seems to me the prize for DA is the stadium and land and my question is why? What has be got planned for it!

I think the 4 have been very cute. They have safeguarded their debentures. I'm no expert but I think the minimum cost of removing CFC from admin includes the value of all the debentures. That's why Ashley had a little tantrum.

Make no mistake, the refusal of the four directors to remove their debentures could well prove significant later in the game.

I fully support their stance.

It does make you wonder why the 4 would ever dream of doing that and I can't imagine any compromise that wouldn't strengthen DA's hand

Go on, just give up

I think you are still bitter about your "pantsonheadprotest" falling on stoney ground

There's still time for it to come out. In fact it could just be even higher profile now.
