Looking like we are going to need a full house for this one judging by the below.

Urge people to do there bit and drag along their stay aways. I've only been once this season but will get 4 tickets today, the fact the club needs the money before the weekend means buying tickets in advance this week might actually help? Looks like things could be as bad as some feared..

Half those gate receipts go to Wycombe, after costs.

Genuine question, what happens if we do go into administration?

Im aware its an automatic points deduction, is that 10 points? (or has the penalty been increased).

As the debt is mostly to DA, if the club does go into administration, does that mean he is the clubs major debtor, would it be possibly for somebody to buy out his debt like Rotherham did in the past at a ridiculous so much pence in the pound to the creditors?

Does that mean technically that DA can close the club down? Very worrying if this is the case.

He could.

But I think he's doing this to screw those on the board who wouldn't defer interest. He can put into admin, and as he has resigned as a director that wouldn't affect his status as a "fit and proper person" as he's. Removed from the register of directors at companies house. He can accept/refuse any offers of the p I the £ as the major,creditor. So - we go into admin. He as major shareholder accepts a crap offer but then retains 100% ownership of the new company with minimal liabilities. The company value is the same. He keeps the ground and sells new co football club perhaps or just sells the whole lot to the fella that bought the academy/development school thingy.
He gets his money back. Those on the board who crossed him get screwed over.

His debt is secured against the ground and he can block any CVA he doesn't like

This is a very different situation to 2000/2001. The fans won't be able to help this time. We are bystanders in a game between money men and big money men.

this is my feeling too; we as a football club are about to be used as a financial ping pong ball between business men. &7k isn't going to save us this time. I have a feeling we are about to experience what Darlington, Coventry, Blackpool, Charlton and many others are going through/ have gone through.

What we do need is however an official representative(s) to try and ensure that as shareholders and supports our voices are heard... however quietly that may be

With regards to your point about the point deduction, I haven't researched this but I have a feeling the deduction depends on the individual circumstances, Eg: the worse the situation the larger the point deduction.

Don't quote me on that!

Edit: Your correct it was 10 points but has now been increased to 12
