Just one question from me...
Just look Carson and Turner in the eye and ask them if they knew prior about Rafflegate. And if they didn't, why didn't they?

I think that's one of many base questions, other questions may be more interesting.

It's a good representation Of Bobs Board who I would expect to take no rubbish from the powers that be and I've no issue it's them who are picked

And I'd also expect them to weed out any cop out answers and really push the issues. If the club are really that interested in staving off protests I'd expect them to be completely transparent and honest. The massive black hole in finances the major issue. Where is all the money going? That issue really needs going through with a fine tooth comb

There's every chance this turns into a brutal interrogation of Carson and particularly Turner. Whilst they may not like it, it's what the fans need and demand.

When your club makes such a massive error and tells the biggest of lies that drags the clubs name through the mud, that's the least you can expect.

Sorry but that's far from the case. I've posted many times of my distrust and dislike of what has happened under Turners watch, I've now been given a chance to come from behind the keyboard and try to question that. I'm hastily thinking "have I posted anything that makes me liable" but I'm prepared to show my face. If you think you might offer more to the meeting than I can then as far as I'm concerned you can have my place.

I have no problem at all with the list as it is. I'm just always a little concerned that some people seem to get carried away that Carson has spoken to them directly and get a little blinded by the light.
It's very important that this proposed forum doesn't detract from the shareholders meeting and that Allen is held to account. It just seems to me that Allen is sending out his advance forces to see what might lay ahead, giving him a couple of days planning for Monday night's fun and games.
After all this time, there is no way that the Sheffield Mafia suddenly give a s##t what we think. They're calling the shots here and it can only be for their benefit. Timeo Danaos et dona ferentes.

The perceived nonchalant and arrogant attitude needs to go and be replaced with genuine humility. If board is serious about improving club/fan relationships, this is imperative.

I'm finding it difficult to disagree with a word of that. Just be sure that they're not playing us like fiddles.

Just to add jonnythespireite, a lot of those invited, and I don't include me, are the ones who've highlighted the issues that many of us are concerned about. If they intended to be the chosen few and be all warm and cuddly then they certainly wouldn't have done the questioning and probing they've done!

Questions every one has been asking too. Some just don't go on about it so much. You seem to have conveniently ignored the word 'certain' in my post.

Can the knee-jerk brigade back down a bit and see what transpires at the meeting before firing brickbats at people, this is only the first step on getting back some trust back in the club and those that purport to run it. I'm certain that the people off here have enough nous to realise when they are getting answers that are not completely the truth and that at least a couple will be like pitbull terriers to thrash the Illuminati if they hear something that needs further explanation.

As for the lunatics from the Facebook group.............

A question please, does Dave Allen put any money into the club on a regular basis that is not in the form of a loan etc. If so how much?

A question from me:-

What is the plan to make the club debt-free? How long will it take? What is the 'plan B' if this plan fails?

Yes we are, good idea on the Charity angle

Please could you not sit on the fence !!!!

Two things..

Firstly I work at Sky Bet + anything charity related they would definitely get involved with. We auctioned of shirts last year as well as a framed shirt/winners medal from the promotion season (I tried to pinch but failed) so might be worth dropping one of the lads a mail. I assume you'll have contacts here if not I will point you in the right direction.

Secondly more of a question i'd like someone to raise. If, after the success we have had and everything that came with it (increased gates, player sales etc), we still cannot reduce the debt then what will it take (apart from a miracle)?
Struggle to see that if the debt has grown or not reduced in the past 3 seasons then it never will..especially with how things have been for the last 18 months..genuinely fear for the future of the club and wondered what we need to do to reduce the debt without sending the club into oblivion?

There is a formula out there that doesn't involve spending massively and being (relatively) successful, ala Burton Albion, why are they so different to us with smaller crowds/budgets etc?

It's not a fans forum it's basically a private meeting- not the same at all.

How can it be a private meeting, are not the privileged 30 supposed to be representing the rest of the 5000 loyal Blues fans? If so, don't we have a right to know the details of the meeting.

They'll just trot out the 'they aren't saddled with debt like us' line and that'll be that question done with.

if folks don't want a bunch of scripted, previously prepared answers to questions it might be best to PM the attendees with questions rather than publicise them on here

Maybe pm'd to interested fans before the meeting so it saves asking for anything already covered?
