Random post and only for those of a certain age so bare with me!

I always remember town being on yarkshire tv highlights in the early 80s which was generally accompanied by a ditty from the kop about Martin Tyler's personal habits when alone...

....but he's currently commentating on Chelsea v Southampton on sky at the ripe old age of 71 and given our current league position i cant help thinking who's the w...er now!!!!

All you could hear on tele was :we all agree Martin Tyler's a w______r: bet he hated us lol ,soccer Sunday good ol days

He commentated on our first TV appearance in years in 1978 against Watford, the first time the gantry above Compton Street was used

He is a hystrerical clown and it is a pity he didn't get dragged down with Andy Gray and Richard Keys
