I'm a technophobe
I subscribe to Player and for the 3rd successive match I get no audio commentary.

No audio commentary?
Following the latest browser update for Google Chrome, you may need to update your settings to receive uninterrupted commentary. Select ‘Settings’ within Google Chrome; click on ‘+ Show advanced settings’; click on ‘Content settings…’ within the Privacy section; and select ‘Run all plug-in content’
....but I just use Internet Explorer on W10. All the settings say I have the latest Flash Player and drivers.
Can anybody help?

Have you tried using on Firefox? We don't run the site just provide the commentary. May be worth contacting the clubs media department

Hi Joe,
Where's Tom Hilton gone? I thought he did a decent job on Peak bit not heard him for a few weeks.
Cheers,

Un-tick Run All Plug In Content then re-tick it - it works for my system which is the same set up as your's.
Also you can try logging in to the oppositions player which is what I do when there is a problem with Spireite Player. Hope this helps.

This! Google pulled support for Silverlight on Chrome but there are quite a few things that still use it.
I'd second the suggestion of trying Firefox. I use that for Sky Go at work.

Yep. Works on Firefox. Many thanks.
It used to work on Explorer but stopped. I'll never know why.
