Good on them I say. Have my full support and hope other town fans support them at their time of need.
Good luck to them I say too. Sure they will do whatever they deem necessary to bring the plight of the club to the headlines again, and hopefully the FA stand up and realise that too many clubs are falling into the wrong hands.

Anywhere decent around Cannon Street for a booze up?
Was planning on having a couple of hours in London Bridge but might not bother now and head somewhere else. Like Liverpool Street but we always go there so fancy somewhere different.

Cannon St Station isn't too far at all from London Bridge.

I was going to head for Greenwich and have a few round there first.

True but it's a very short walk between the two stations across London Bridge which is closed to vehicles at the moment but open to pedestrians. There are lots of very average pubs in this area selling poor beer at very high prices. If it's a booze up you're after, you could be best advised to stop at home!

Another club where the policy is to let debts rise, just like ours.
It's really upsetting me greatly me off that I can't get to the bottom of why these characters pursue this course of action. There must be an annual secret convention where mystery advisors are flown in from the East to sell their get rich ideas.
I read this board most days. To the best of my knowledge nobody has been able to put forward a viable explanation as to why Allen has ditched his 70/30 objective in favour of letting the debts rise.

I like to sit next to the river at the horniman. Not a bad pub at all.

He showed no hesitation in shoving Barry, Carol and others out of the door for perceived failings. Sheridan was similarly dispatched. So why does he persist with a CEO that has delivered financial results that are nothing short of a disaster(as he did at Hartlepool). It makes no sense what so ever, even less given his trade profitably, reduce the debt mantra when he initially invested.

Especially when the 70/30 objective was presented this financial year with Saunders buying into it
