No it wasn't..have you actually paid any attention to the case? Don't get me wrong I'm pleased for him that he's been found not guilty, for what I've seen there was never evidence to convict and I'm not going to get involved in the morals of it all. He has my full support has a Chesterfield player but stop keep making things up.

Incorrect

She called police to report her missing handbag, after looking at CCTV police saw McDonald and Evans at the hotel, and only knew anything sexual had taken place cos the footballers told them, police then decided to charge them with rape

She has always maintained she has no memory of what happened

[quote name='Spire-Power' timestamp='1476455720' post='1247277']
Chesterfield chief executive Chris Turner has welcomed the news that Ched Evans has been found not guilty of rape following a two-week trial at Cardiff Crown Court.
Turner said: "We are naturally delighted with the outcome, especially for Ched, his family and friends. We can now all move forward and focus on football."

'Naturally delighted' at the outcome of this tawdry affair where no one has won. Shows what a class act our club has become.

She never did that you absolute cretin

Facts don't get in the way for some folk. Strange amount of vitriol aimed a young woman he has never met and knows nothing about. He probably wants to get that looked at.

The few bemused misogynists aside, pleases me that so many folk on here have avoided both calling for Evans to be castrated and/or outing the lass at the centre of this and throwing ill informed hate in her direction. We do have some rational heads on here at least.

Not by her. She said in court both times she had no memory of it. A good day for Evans, a field day for cretins.

I'm sure he is, Azul. I was suggesting he was the one throwing bricks about in his glass fronted gaff.

I thought the second year option could be triggered by both parties, so we could trigger it?

All good and well for DA if Evans is tied to a contract but it won't change anything (apart from DA's bank balance), he'll be gone ASAP

The club should have told all employees to make no comments at all on social media.

She had to have told the police that she believed she had been raped as she wasn't able to consent, and because she had no memory of it.

Watch the interview with the investigative journo on Sky News..the girl never ever made an accusation, hence there was no crime scene, no forensics it's should never have got to court. Just admit you're wrong.

No it wasn't and it never was an accusation, the police assumed that is what happened and ran with it with complicity of the CPS, you complete tool!

Its a nice and harmless gesture. He echoed what Chris Turner said by being "buzzing" or delighted for his family, I don't see why the club would have a problem with it.

Incorrect. She has said she has no recollection. The police pursued the investigation as a rape one. Not sure how many more people need to tell you this. The next time Ched is feeling a bit frisky and wants to do the dirty on his missus, you should arrange from him to pop round to yours.

Also, Angel is a Spireite, Im pretty comfortable watching Anime. You should be less comfortable being a misogynistic fool.
